Once we got there she immediately welcomed us and went through the process of what they could do for my father who's hearing aid broke. Looked up the information and found there was a warranty on the hearing aid itself and provided the cost to have the other part fixed which was half the price from another company we visited that day. Lisa talked and worked with my parents with loving care and we walked out with a temporary aid for my father with the other part on order. So thankful we were connected with this office. I would recommend them to anyone needing care!
