  Hands down the best hearing aid facility in Jax. Denyce and Helene are not only professional but kind, thoughtful, and really know their stuff! They go above and beyond answering questions you didn't even know you had. When you leave, it's with a smile on your face. I highly recommend them.

Explained offers and payment plans No ear molds needed. had several fitting options. Received new hearing aids. special offer and complete and clear interest free payment plan. Follow up appointment scheduled. In over forty years of using hearing aids of different brands and audiologists, this office was definitely the VERY BEST in service, knowledge, options and professionalism.

  Lisa is so nice. She sincerely wants the best for her patients, and will work with them however long it takes to make sure they get the right product for their needs and lifestyle. Her office is clean and the staff is always pleasant. I would recommend anyone looking for hearing aids for themselves or a loved one to go to Lisa. She is truly a gem.
