  I brought my glasses in to have a screw tightened, and Jackie was able to do a terrific job with it. They are also trying to find me another set of frames as mine are about due for replacement. Go see the team at Pearle Vision you’ll be happy you did.

  Well, I waited about a week to give this review because I was hoping that their manager would have the professionalism to call and talk to me. Instead, it has been radio silence. I brought my daughter in April to get her exam updated. She has a high prescription and at the time we entertained the idea of Contacts. We were told there is an option called mysite which could slow the progression of her prescription. However, the contacts were unreasonably expensive for us. At that time, no mention was made about glasses that also provide this feature. We were only offered regular glasses/lenses. Fast-forward several months later, her prescription has already changed and we are back in the office to update her lenses and reconsider the contacts. At this appointment, we are told that there is also mysite glasses option, but never given pricing. During the appointment we were provided a quote for the Contacts around $624. We were also told there’s a $300 rebate making this a much more affordable option. So we move forward with that and also order a regular pair of glasses so that she has those as back up. She wears the contacts for a week and my husband takes her back. During this appointment, we are told that the contacts actually cost over $1200. He leaves without ordering them because obviously we were provided misinformation and that it is incredibly expensive. So I called & got updated information and was told we would get a discount. I explained I want to talk to the manager because this entire process has been extremely frustrating. I was told the manager was out of the office for a family emergency. Which is fine. No call from manager, but several days later an employee calls to give us updated pricing… mind you this is at least the fourth time we have been given pricing each time has been different. They have agreed to give us a discount. I let them know fine we order the contacts. I tell the employee that I appreciate the discount but still want to talk to the manager. It’s been one week and no word. This is really upsetting from a client service perspective. All their doctors have been great other than not telling us about the Mysite glasses to begin with. Bedside manner is good and I know that the team didn’t purposely tell us incorrect pricing, however, the entire process was incredibly frustrating and disruptive to our family.

  Dr. Coboku is amazing! She gave me the most thorough exam I think I’ve ever experienced! She was patient, so sweet and explained everything to me during her time with me. It was a last minute contact lens exam I needed after a face surgery and Jackie made sure they saw me the day I called and to get me the care I needed. Sam was great performing the initial exam portion and Julie doing my post exam check out was great! This location and staff went above and beyond for me. I made sure to make my annual exam at this location with Dr. Coboku for new year. I even peeked at their glasses in stock and they have a fantastic selection. I highly recommended going in for your eye needs, you won’t be disappointed!! Thank you to all of you there!!
