I rushed to get there before closing only to be told they wished they had talked to me on the phone because they not only dont have the frames in stock but also they're not covered under insurance and are unwilling to sell the frame only to me.

I spoke with the office a week before my appointment regarding my insurance and the payments needed for my visit. I was told a certain amount, however when I got to the office I was told a different amount and that they just learned the change that morning. When I expressed that I was only financially prepared for what I was told, they were quite dismissive of me. The way the situation was handled left a bad taste in my mouth. The place is beautiful with a seemingly great selection of glasses, but that initial interaction has turned me away. This was frustrating since my whole reason for contacting the office about payment is because my insurance does not provide that information on their virtual card or when you call in for benefits.
