  Very nice staff, and pleasant environment. LOTS of upselling and upsell assumption here, though. It’s very clear that they are instructed to add every conceivable upgrade whether you need it or not. Their prices are already on the high side vs competition, so I would recommend that you really question whether you need everything they ‘recommend’. This has not been my experience elsewhere, and not sure that I would return. Note that my background is in benefits and sales, so not hard for me to pick up on it. Again, loved the staff and I’m sure they are just towing the corporate line, but if you aren’t educated, you could really be taken for a ride. Just my personal opinion.

  Great experience at Pearle Vision in Odessa, FL. Everyone on staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with frames I selected. I would highly recommend them for your eye care needs.

  I went in recently for my annual exam, Dr Abdulgabbar & her tech were amazing. They were informative and helpful through my entire appointment. When it came time to finish the appointment and I got to the sales lady, I asked for a printed copy of my prescription which she apparently couldn't do. She advised I could get the information on a patient portal (something I've never dealt with before with pearle vision) and offered no further context. I called about 10 mins after my appointment to inquire further and was told to look out for an email (I confirmed my correct email earlier in my appointment). An entire work day goes by and still no email regarding the portal. So I go back in and and speak with the tech and he prints my script off in 20 seconds, something that was seemingly impossible to the sales rep. 2 days have gone by and I still haven't received an email regarding a portal, but I have gotten like 3 emails and several texts about leaving a review. So here it is. All of the staff should be fully aware of how to get a script to a patient & answer question fully and truthfully. That's the whole reason we go to you as a provider. I understand wanting patient to buy directly from the office, but lying or otherwise obfuscating information is not the way to do it.

  Dr. A at the Odessa store (Capstone Eye Associates) was AMAZING. My husband is a difficult person to help as he has a hard time expressing what he wants to say but she was so patient and understanding. Walked him through every step without rushing him or making him feel uncomfortable. The staff there is friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend.

  I have nothing but good things to say about the demeanor of the staff here. Jen is very approachable and welcoming. She worked quickly to get me ready for my appointment. It was a quick and clear process. She’s also just nice to speak with when waiting or in the middle of some similar downtime during the services. I found Dr. Hartsfield to be a gentle, warm and empathetic person. She took the time to explain her results and their implications so I could feel calmer about them. She also explained how they’d watch for any changes in future evaluations. She valued my concern by working on immediately starting the process to get my previous results pulled from another practice. I appreciate her priorities and compassion. Collin helped me greatly by adjusting the frame on my old glasses so I wouldn’t get headaches anymore. Then he helped me find a new pair I’d feel more confident wearing. He really did listen as I described what I was looking for and what I was unsure about. He was also super patient about helping me work through the many options he helped me choose. It’s always a nerve wracking process for me, but he turned into a calm, enjoyable one instead. He helped me pick my most favorite pair of glasses I’ve ever worn. I’m definitely choosing this locations as my go-to going forward. I’m glad I gave it a shot.
