I came to this studio for a 30-minute complimentary trial class after a neighbor recommended it because it’s conveniently located near where we live.
I was warmly welcomed by the manager, Dianna, who was very nice and hospitable. She asked about my previous Pilates experience, explained the studio, and provided me with a highlighted schedule. The studio itself looked clean, modern, and new, and I initially had a very positive impression.
Unfortunately, the class itself was a completely different experience. The instructor, Jenny, appeared visibly unwell before the class even started. She was shaking, coughing, mumbling, and speaking very quietly, to the point that I was genuinely concerned that she might not be able to safely teach the class.
There were three of us in the class, and at times we could barely hear or understand the instructions. I considered leaving midway through but didn’t want to create an uncomfortable situation for everyone else.
I would have given the studio five stars based on the facility and the welcome I received, but the quality and delivery of the actual class made the experience extremely unpleasant and anxiety-inducing. I left feeling that the instructor should not have been teaching that day.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning.

A year ago, I chose to get moving, get stronger, and make myself a priority. Along the way, the incredible team at Club Pilates Ocoee has been there to cheer me on, motivate me through the harder days, challenge me, and guide me every step of the way.
Today, I’ve completed 250 + classes. I chose myself 250 times. 250 times I showed up. 250 times I did something for my strength, my health, and myself.
I’m so grateful for the instructors and team who have been part of this journey. Here’s to continuing to show up, continuing to get stronger, and continuing to choose myself—one class at a time. ❤️ 💪

To Club Pilates, Ocoee TESTIMONY REVIEW
Attn: Diana, Mgr
Just for the purpose of this personal account, my age is 75 and I live very close to your Ocoee location. This is my testimony to a bad experience I endured and still enduring from membership in your Club:
On July 17, I decided to try adding another regular routine to my weekly exercise agenda. Since I have engaged in Pilates since 1991, I have grown to appreciate the tone and light strength this form of exercise provided my entire life. I even purchased an Allegro Pilates Reformer back in 2003 because I was so faithful to it. I signed your very strict Membership Application and Contract, knowing full well that I was held to a strict 3 months membership with cancellation penalty should I decide to leave before that time was up.
On August 7th, This was my fourth class. I was trying out several time slots to satisfy a once-a-week schedule. Since the studio equipment was still new to me and I was still observing to learn how to use them and to follow the cues of the instructor, does not make me “immune” to injury. The instructor cued us to place the big black Reformer Sitting Box upon the carriage. We were doing the Swan Dive! She went on to cue us, but her cues were not so clearly audible to me. She started the count-down before I was even able to position myself properly! I tried looking around at the others in the room to emulate their form. As I twisted around quickly, both to look around the room for proper form and positioning and to try to keep up with the Count-down: This is the moment I got hurt!! I was not ready. I was in poor form. I was in bad positioning, but the instructor kept cueing us to complete the reps. Clearly, I felt left behind. Yet still trying to keep up; a recipe for injury.
What I noticed during the first 3 classes: ALL the instructors cue so fast, sometimes the cues are inaudible because of the quickness of her words and her hurriedness to make the 50 min class feel productive. My big question to you: Are your instructors trained by critical observations techniques: to notice when someone is not in correct position, to stop her counting and walk over to that person to physically position them? At that moment, maybe the instructor can take advantage of a teaching moment and detail the proper form to the entire class using that person? If the instructor knows that any particular movement may easily cause injury, then why can’t they announce it at the start? Caution the class. A little casual warning like that may help someone else from getting hurt so badly, as I did. The Swan Dive is a particular dangerous movement!!!
The next day, I felt the injury. I did not feel it happening in the moment, but knew the next day how and when it happened. It seems I pulled BOTH gluteus minimus muscles on both sides of my hip doing the Swan Dive! It is now 10 days later and I am still experiencing a magnified pulsating pain in my entire lower back, from just under the waist to just above the hip bones…the site of both gluteus minimus muscles.
In view of this letter, I am aware that your Club is “not concerned” with any injuries endured inside your classes, because you are “covered” by the Membership Contract that tells us “we are on our own when we get injured” and that your Club has no liability for injuries, nor any responsivity to aid with care. Your quiet response right now might be: “We’re so sorry you’re hurt.” But, Sports injuries and Recovery take a lot of time, but the real prevention mechanism is the professional guidance by a trained instructor BEFORE that particular movement starts.

This is my favorite location after having gone to a couple different locations. Instructors are knowledgeable, inspiring and the whole team here is friendly and caring.
