I had the best experience with them today! They were thorough, took their time and made me feel comfortable and very attended to! I saw Dr Blade who was professional and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them.

Please honor scheduled appointment times, as that is the purpose of making an appointment in advance. I understand that some days are extremely busy, but appointments should be scheduled in a way that allows patients to be seen within a reasonable timeframe. My appointment was for a routine eye exam without dilation, yet the entire process took approximately two hours. That amount of time is excessive for a routine appointment and was very inconvenient. I would appreciate it if appointment times could be managed more efficiently so that patients can receive the timely service they were scheduled for. I value my time, and I expect the same consideration to be given to it as a customer.

First, off, the quality of the Eye Exam was Very Good, however, they have questionable Business Practices including misrepresentation. They told me my Co-Pay was $49.99, when it was actually $10.00. When I questioned this, they said there is a $39.99 dollar retina photograph, but I could op to be dilated instead for no additional charge. I think they should offer the choice and let the patient decide, but telling patients it is part of the co-pay is incorrect. Also, I had an appointment and they took me back 30 minutes late, and then said 20-30 minutes to wait for the eyes to dilate, but it was 1 hour waiting. I thought I would be in and out in an hours, but spent about 2 ½ hours from the appointment time, until I checked out. Not Recommended.

Very thorough eye exam, I have severe astigmatism and Dr. Butcher took the time to actually fine-tune my prescription. I left the exam chair with confidence in the prescription I received, for the first time in a VERY long time. I'll be bringing my husband, kids, and grandkids to him at Summit.

This is my third or fourth time coming here. I love the staff. Very thorough and professional. The optometrist really took their time with me and answered all questions. Great place. Will keep coming back and definitely recommend.
