  ⭐️ 1 STAR — Absolutely Terrible Customer Service My experience at the LensCrafters Ocala location was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. I went in to use my warranty replacement on my glasses. I spent nearly 2 hours in the store, selected my replacement glasses, and went through the entire process — only to be told after wasting all that time that they could not honor the warranty replacement without approval from a regional manager. I was then told that the approval could take 3–5 days and that someone would call me. I’m still waiting for that call. The store manager, Hannah, was rude, dismissive, and provided some of the worst customer service I have experienced. There was no sense of urgency, no effort to actually resolve the issue, and no consideration for the fact that I had already spent two hours of my time dealing with something that should have been a straightforward warranty replacement. What makes this even more ridiculous is that I ended up driving an hour and a half to another LensCrafters location, and they honored the exact same warranty replacement value with ZERO issues. No waiting days for approval. No runaround. No attitude. They handled it professionally and took care of the problem. So apparently the warranty can be honored at one LensCrafters location but somehow becomes a problem at the Ocala location. I wasted two hours of my time at the Ocala store, was treated poorly by the manager, was told I had to wait 3–5 days for an approval that I’m still waiting on, and ultimately had to drive 1½ hours to another location to get what should have been a simple warranty replacement. I would strongly recommend management take a serious look at the customer service and the way warranty issues are being handled at this location. This was an unacceptable experience from start to finish.

  Lenscrafters Ocala's customer service really sucks! The same ear piece broke twice on my eyeglassses and it took almost a month to replace! Though I was originally told it would only take 7-14 days. (There was no sense of urgency as the days mutiplied.) No repeat sales from here...

  We are old time customers of the Orlando Fla mall store. We always enjoyed the service and the product. We were bit disappointed here. The greeting seemed disinterested, we walked around the store trying on glasses for over 1/2 hours, no associate volunteered their help. When we made our choice, I approached 2 associates that were chatting the entire time. One them directed me to another that was tied up w another customer. We chose to walk away instead of giving our business to unfriendly folks.

  Very disappointing experience with LensCrafters. The service was far from professional, and I received absolutely no help or support. The staff was not helpful, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. I expected much better customer service from a company like LensCrafters. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  I received a pair of Ray Ban Meta glasses brought as a Christmas present in 2025. In 9 months of having them, today was my 2nd trip to the Ocala FL Lens Crafters store to get assistance as speakers went out again. The sales person I spoke with today was Hannah and her attitude was terrible. She was rude and seemed bothered. I was interested in understanding why Lens Crafters would charge $120.00 to do a warranty claim vs Luxottica Digital Warranty. Outside of having to pay the $120.00 verses it being free submitting it online. This question was not answered fully by her but at this point she was ready for me to leave the store. In full disclosure, she did provided me the information to include the receipts needed to file the claim. But maybe working on a holiday was not her choice. VERY inconsistent customer service at this very location. I suggest staying clear of this individual.
