Dr Greenidge and the whole staff were very competent and friendly. Dr Dave was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything and was most concerned about your comfort. Very Positive Experience!!A++

I had so much more feedback about my hearing and explanations here than I did at my ENT's office. It was a great experience.

Good visit help me by putting in a bigger ear piece and helped with the background. I wasn’t putting them in far enough as well.

On May 5, I visited your location for a hearing test and to purchase hearing aids. I was seen by Ronald Hapanowicz, who recommended a specific pair, which I purchased. They worked fine at first, but after a short time they began causing problems. On June 12, I returned due to these issues and was assisted by Dave Greenidge, since the original person was not there. He made some adjustments and scheduled a follow‑up for June 19. The problems continued. Today, June 19, I returned for the follow‑up. He made additional adjustments, and they seemed okay at first. However, shortly after leaving, the sound became extremely distorted—worse than before—so I returned immediately. He stated he reset the hearing aids back to the original settings from when I first received them. I explained that they had never been this bad. Because of the ongoing issues, I requested to return the hearing aids, especially since today was the final day allowed under the return policy. He told me he could not process the return because he did not have access to the system and the front desk staff member who handles refunds was not present. This person was not also there on my previous visit. I asked for written confirmation of my return request. After calling a manager, He said they could not provide anything formal. He ultimately wrote a note on my receipt stating that the return period is extended until Monday, June 23, so I can come back to process the refund. During today’s visit, he also told me that I should not have been sold this type of hearing aid in the first place because it is not appropriate for my type of hearing loss, and that I would need a much higher level device costing $5,000. I declined. When I expressed concern that he was trying to upsell me, he responded that he is not there to sell hearing aids, that this is his second career. He retired from his first and that he only works this type of job because he likes to help people. Not because he needs to work. Throughout the interaction, he was visibly irritated and had an unprofessional attitude. This entire experience has been a waste of time, money, and unnecessary frustration. Now I must return again on Monday and hope the correct staff member is available to process the refund. I am now back to square one, looking for a reliable place to purchase hearing aids that actually work. I have since tried Phonak hearing aids based on a friend’s recommendation, and they have been far better than the ones I purchased from your location. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Audio Nova.
