  U Fit staff are welcoming and encouraging. I'm very glad I joined and my trainer Jason F is taking me to the next level. I never thought I could achieve such results. He is extremely knowledgeable & tailors my works outs to accommodate some issues I have. I highly recommend.

  General Manger Paul leads by example! He was mopping and cleaning the locker room. When I inquired about it, his response was I am not going to ask an employee to do something I’m not willing to do myself.

  Terrible gym. My fiance has been trying to cancel his membership for weeks, only to be given an endless run around! They "require" you speak to a manger in person to cancel membership. Ha! If you can ever find a manager in person. Might as well play Pokémon GO. You're more likely to find a Pokémon than a manager. They then assured us the membership was cancelled only for over $200 dollars to be charged to our account. Oh he also prepaid for 24 personal training sessions, which he was then told he could not use because he cancelled his membership. Highway robbery. Now we are trying AGAIN to have his membership canceled. Worst gym ever. Better off at Planet Fitness or Crunch. Stay far away from these money hungry vultures or else be prepared to fight for your hard earned money.

  This place is a rip off. Stay away! It is impossible to cancel a membership. They require that you to speak to a manager in person in order to cancel. Of course they have “special” working hours so you have to time it just right in order to actually be able to speak to them in person. If you do happen to get them in person, you know because you have a job and can’t wait there 24 hours a day, the manager will then lie to you that they successfully canceled your account only for them to charge you again the following month. Then the cycle begins again! They tell you again they can’t cancel your membership unless you speak to a manager in person. If you want to be stalking a grown man at a gym just to terminate a gym membership, let’s say because you moved, or your work schedule changed, or you just don’t want to workout there anymore, then you will certainly get a workout doing the gymnastics they require just to terminate at this gym. Bunch of thieves and incompetent individuals. Do a Google search. These gyms have a whole culture of stealing people’s hard earned money. They do not deserve the 1 star I gave but you are required to put a star when leaving a review. Zero stars in my book. “Starless” By the way, they will try to pressure you into using your bank account so they can hook in deep but do not fall for this. You will regret it.
