  I LOVE MY HEARING AIDS, WOW! SUPERB SERVICE AND BEAUTIFUL STAFF ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I cannot say enough about the incredible care and support I received from AUDIOLOGIST: Michelle Simha, Au.D., at AUDIONOVA in North Miami Beach, Florida. From the very first appointment, Michelle made me feel seen, heard, and truly understood not just as a patient, but as a person navigating a difficult and emotional experience. Thank you all for your patience and for taking the time to fit me with the perfect hearing aids. VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE After suffering significant hearing loss in my right ear due to a second-degree burn caused by a hair stylist’s negligence, my life changed in ways I wasn’t prepared for. Along with the hearing loss came tinnitus, frustration, and months of depression. Simple things like watching TV, having conversations, or even hearing everyday sounds became overwhelming challenges. I tried to manage without hearing aids, but that only made things worse. I found myself turning the volume up so loud that it disturbed my neighbors, and constantly asking people to repeat themselves. It wasn’t sustainable, and it certainly wasn’t the life I wanted. On top of everything, I had real fears about wearing hearing aids in my 50s. I worried about how they would look, whether they would be obvious, and if others especially in the workplace would see me differently or consider me less capable. These concerns weighed heavily on me. Michelle listened to all of this with compassion and patience. She never dismissed my fears instead, she addressed them with understanding and reassurance. She took the time to find the perfect hearing aids for my needs, and more importantly, helped me feel comfortable and confident wearing them. The difference has been life-changing. I can hear the TV again without blasting the volume. I can follow conversations without anxiety. I can enjoy the little sounds I didn’t even realize I had been missing. It feels like I’ve been given a part of my life back. Michelle and the entire team at AUDIONOVA are truly exceptional. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference in my journey. I am beyond grateful for their support and highly recommend them to anyone facing hearing challenges.   Unfortunately I had a bad experience I connect hearing in North Miami. I received a marketing promotion in the mail which offered a review of my current hearing aids a hearing test and other services. The cost would have been free! When I got to the location the receptionist was unaware of this particular promotion. However when I called to make the appointment I specifically mentioned the marketing material that I received in the mail with this office phone number. The bottom line is when I got there they wouldn't honor the promotion or with a familiar with this particular promotion. The receptionist told me marketing sends it out and they're unaware of what is being sent out and that I should have brought that marketing piece in. Unfortunately when I called I specifically mentioned the marketing piece and discarded it. I would have assumed that the store would be familiar specifically since when I made the appointment I referenced this marketing document with these services and the receptionist acknowledged that and we set up an appointment. So I went to the store and was not off at any services at all. I very rarely give a poor rating however in this particular case I felt it was necessary.

  The old doctor Marvin L. Thomas was very kind and patient. The new doctor has no patience and she’s only looking to sell you new hearing aids. They calibrated the hearing aid wrong and now they want to charge again to fix it. Do not visit this place, the attention now is super bad.

  Marvin is an outstanding human being; very patient and knowledgable. I highly recommend this place for any person suffering from hearing loss or tinnitus. 10/10 overall.
