- OTover time2 days ago5.0I am having a phenomenal experience at North Lauderdale Youfit gym. When I previously signed up, I did not work out consistently. Now, with my trainer, Vinny, and the group classes, I have been exercising 3-5 times per week. Vinny has guided me on all the equipment. He explains which machine are best for various muscle groups. Last year I had surgery on my knee. He has personalized sessions concentrating on exercises to strengthen my knee. We also discuss nutrition. The classes are exciting. I have attended Cycling, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, SGT, and Glutes. The teachers are approachable and motivating. The teachers will push you past your goals and expectations.

The gym is small, and the equipment is old. This is basically an expensive Planet Fitness. Trust me, you’re better off going to Crunch Fitness down the street it’s cheaper, nicer, and overall a better gym.

I waited in the picked up area, the manager passed by me like I was not body. Acknowledgement means a lot for business specifically restaurants
- PSP SApr 18, 20261.0I would like to report that the only hip thrust machine in the gym has been out of service for over a month. This is the only machine of its kind available, which makes the situation even more frustrating. It should be a priority to repair it as soon as possible. Additionally, having just one machine is not sufficient for members—please consider adding at least two more. Thank you for your prompt attention.
