  I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. Brandi at the front desk is absolutely incredible. She is always so helpful and will do whatever she can to help you. And Mark is amazing! I’ve gone in more than once having an issue with my hearing aids without even having an appointment, and he has always accommodated me and taken the time to help me. When you depend on your hearing aids just to be able to hear, having someone who understands how important and urgent that can be means so much. They are just genuinely good people who actually care about their patients. I have never felt like I was bothering them or asking too much, and they always go above and beyond for me. I would recommend them to anyone who needs hearing aids or hearing care. Absolutely 5 stars!

  Kudos to Marc Gonzolas at the NSB store--I was on vacation and stopped in without an appointment for a minor issue. He was so pleasant and extremely professional. 5 stars!

  I was checking out hearing aids for the first time and wasn't quite sure where to go. I checked with my Medicare Supplemental Plan provider and found that Audio Nova was one of their preferred providers. I made an appointment at Audio Nova's State Road 44 location. Mark,the hearing specialist, performed my hearing tests and gave me lots of important information regarding the different levels of hearing aids. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personnable. He spent a lot of time explaining things to me and answering all of my questions. Brandi is the Care Coordinator for the office. She was so friendly and professional and did a great job of handling all the front office activities plus payment and finance options. I was very impressed with both Mark and Brandi. They are huge assets and bring significant value to Audio Nova through their skills, knowledge and effort. I am so happy that I chose their Audio Nova location.

  I am visiting from out of state and had an issue with my hearing aid. I walked in without an appointment and was welcomed with a smile! They took care of the problem and I was on my way! Very nice! No charge! Made my day! Thank you!
