  Excellent gym with clean, well-maintained equipment and a very professional atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I’m visiting from Canada and needed a gym membership for a two-month period, and they were able to arrange everything seamlessly for me. Thank you for the outstanding service. I highly recommend this gym.

  I’ve been to a few local gym in the area and this definitely the one to be at! Theres tons of new equipment to use. Lots of space so you don’t feel crammed while working out. Staff is super nice and friendly also.

  Edit: I changed my review. The customer service in this place is impeccable. They really went above and beyond to help me out and fix the discrepancy in the service they provided. Thank you Shawn, and team for fixing the issue and making me feel very welcome. I appreciate it! Original post: They have a day pass where you can try the gym out before purchasing a membership! Awesome! I went to use my pass to try the place out, there was a sign that says you have to wait for a team member to sign you in. I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes and no one came to the desk. I went on a Saturday at 8:50am so it was in fact during staff hours. The sign said staff hours were 8am-2pm. I’m super annoyed about how that was such a waste of my time.

  A few weeks in at Luxe. I absolutely love it. I’m a mom of 3 littles and my schedule is non-existent. But luxe makes it easy for me to find time to work out bc I can literally go whenever. It’s my sanity! Easy to use machines, great music, amazing staff, oh and the strawberry banana shake is delicious!! I needed this place to feel myself again!

  This gym is AMAZING! 🙌🏼 I absolutely love the private training area and recovery room — it truly feels like a luxury experience. The gym is always clean, well-organized, and you never have to wait for machines, which is a huge plus. The cardio theatre 🎭 is such a unique touch — it actually makes me want to do cardio more (which says a lot lol). As someone in the fitness industry, I can really appreciate the atmosphere, equipment, and overall experience here. Highly recommend!
