  I love how everyone took care of me and was very consistent with the info needed. They let me eat before my procedure and provided me with a tooth brush to clean up with after. The dentist was very efficient and fast and such a sweet heart. 100% would recommend

  This was the best dental experience I have ever had. I punched the address into my MAPS app and it took me all over a small area, but never got me to the destination. After 2 calls to the office staff, Dr Rocha offered to come and meet me personally, where I was at! Finally I saw the landmark and got to my appointment very late and they took me anyhow! For those of you who use the maps application, forget it. Best landmark is the crossroad of Immokalee and Goodlette Frank, behind the One story Fifth Third Bank. Dr Rocha, Jesus and Claudia were wonderful. They really care about each patient as an individual and I was treated gently, respectfully and with professionalism. One of their keys to customer service is how dental issues effect your overall health. The education I received regarding my choices in bridge work or implants will help me to make a good decision for me on a personal level. Financial choices are also an option. The front desk staff is an exceptional young lady who gives 110 percent of her attention and caring to each person she encounters. I can say I have found a new dentist for my entire family.   I had a very frustrating experience with this dental office paid $4000 upfront and when I needed a refund, It took close To two months to get my money back. During that time, I had to call every single day, repeating myself over and over like a broken record , each time I was giving the same response with no real progress or results. The only way I Was finally able to get my refund was by physically going into the office and sitting there for three hours which meant losing valuable work time. This process was Unnecessarily, stressful and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious about trusting this office with a large payment.
