- MTMark Tull1 day ago5.0Came in a year ago and Paul helped me, I was in so much pain that I couldn't walk. Then I tried the supports and it was a miracle. I started walking again pain free, before that I was on agony. I can't believe it. Where has this been in the last few years, I'm so happy I found this, you pay once and they take care of you for the rest of your life for free. It's very affordable if you think about it also. I came in again for my checkup today and everything is fine. Jese and Paul was so great. Thank you again.

All good. _________ I will need to go back to the store because they gave me the wrong insoles and Velcro installation was not clearly explained. The orthotics I bought are moving inside the shoes despite the Velcro they installed at the store. Also, overall price for the product seems unreasonably high, but will need to evaluate the results in a few weeks. If this does not work, I am not going to feel too good about the nearly $700 I spend on 2 orthotics

While it took longer than I expected (4 months) for the symptoms to begin to disappear I’m pleased with the product and with Jesé’s assistance.

I relocated from Sarasota to Naples last year and after using my current set of supports for about 5-years, I needed to exchange and update them. Over the years, I had already done this twice at the Sarasota store and I made an appointment at the Naples store to repeat the process. I dealt with Jese and Paul and the process was seamless. They remeasured my feet (which had changed since my last store visit in Sarasota) and supplied me with new supports at no cost under the lifetime warranty. The service was excellent.
