  Respectful, Extremely patient, and really helpful! Those of us struggling to ear they speak clearly and when helping they see how far you can hear someone talking to you! It's really heartwarming I'm thankful for both Marissa and Noemi!

  I called without an appointment because my hearing aids where not working properly. The lady in the front right away look for an available appointment that same day. She was so courteous and efficient that she made me feel at home, and it was my first time at the Mount Dora office. I was an Altamonte customer before. I’m so glad we have an office in Mount Dora. I have to tell you about Matt, he was so attentive to my worries and he did everything on his part to resolve it. He made sure that my hearing aids were clean and up to date. He also check my hearing and was the must knowledgeable hearing professional that I ever deal with. He explained everything he was doing and how everything works as he was resolving my problem. Kudos to Matt and the Mount Dora staff. Great job! Miracle Ear company have a gem of an employee.👏🏼

  Miracle Ear at the Torrance location is EXCEPTIONAL in customer service and the quality of care! Melissa, the office manager, always greets my dad and I by name, with a welcoming smile and sincere eye contact at every appointment. Marissa, the audiologist, is a shining star!!! I have never met any audiologist so willing to explain things in a way that creates true understanding of various hearing issues. Her level of professionalism, competency, and genuine compassion for the needs/concerns of her patients is unmatched. Thank you, thank you, thank you Marissa!!!
