  Nicole at the front desk is amazing. I recommend this dentist he is amazing. And if you have no insurance the cash prices are reasonable

  If I could give 100stars I would! Don't go anywhere else in all of Central Florida. Long Review: My 4th upper tooth on the right side was already pretty weakened, then I bit something a bit hard and it cracked and then my toddler's head bonking on my jaw area finished the job. I had a hanging anterior portion of the tooth just flapping and the back portion still in my gum! I was totally freaking out and I am terrified of dentists as is. I work in Winter Garden and live in Mt Dora area so I literally called EVERYwhere between here and there. Some places don't accept insurance, others aren't sure but will bill you afterwards, most didn't have any emergency appts available. I finally went to a different location Private Pay just a couple of days ago and they said I needed to come back and schedule an extraction appointment at a later date. When I asked for any short term temporary solution they said they couldn't do anything "because the tooth was still in my jaw", to sit up at night, and that I'd most likely be in pain if the piece fell. To not let it fall and go to ER or take ibuprofen if pain started. They also couldn't even answer me if Ibuprofen, Amoxicillin, and anaesthesia were ok to take while lactating and to just contact my OBGYN to ask...(what?!). So, yesterday I went crazy again because the piece was literally hanging and I couldn't spend another night worried about it falling and being in pain. I called this office Central Florida Dental Care at 4pm and they so kindly heard me and then asked the Dr/Dentist who graciously squeezed me in at 430/5ish pm at the end of her day! I was worried she'd be rushed and maybe couldn't do much either but I was just happy. She took her time, quickly was able to assess that my tooth would not be in pain, used her quick clinical reasoning and blew the piece off without my even noticing or feeling pain! She also cleaned it out and was so kind and caring throughout. Then, she cemented it temporarily until I can come back for the extraction asap within the next couple days to complete the additional dental work. She literally spend almost a whole hour when she didn't need to. The most impressive was that she was 100% knowledgeable on how to move forward while breastfeeding and gave me all the tips to help protect my baby. He's a NICU baby with some sensitivities so this was a huge priority to me. So, anyways, breastfeeding mamas....definitely come here! 💖 The ladies at the front desk and the x-ray hygienist/assistant were also superb. 💞💕 Thank you so much! I'm so grateful!

  Awful experience from this place. Dr Santana, which I don’t even know if she still works there, performed a malpractice on my teeth resulting in 4 root canals and a tooth extraction.. she drilled out the cavities and stuffed them with filling without even bothering to make a tooth separation, left me with an awful uneven bite and the pain and pressure was unbearable, all four teeth ended up needing root canals because guess what? THEY ALL ENDED UP WITH INFECTION. And I’m not the only one who got bad dental work from this place. Do not recommend unless you want to risk it or if you just don’t care about your teeth 😬
