- JKJennifer K.Sep 1, 20261.0If you have Medicaid run!!! If you have Medicaid, RUN!!! 🚨 Absolutely horrible experience at this dental office. I felt that Medicaid patients were treated differently and with much less care and respect. The way we were treated was completely unacceptable. The office is outdated, and based on my experience, the dental work was poorly done and resulted in infections and additional problems rather than actually resolving the issues. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone, especially Medicaid patients. Please do your research and find a dental office where you will be treated with dignity and receive quality care, regardless of what insurance you have. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

- EAEvelyn AlamoAug 27, 20261.0Very Disappointed With This Dental Office I brought my son here in March for two separate visits to have 3 cavities treated. Unfortunately, it feels like the office was more focused on billing the insurance than making sure the work was done properly. About two months later, all three fillings came out. I tried taking him to another dental office, but they wouldn’t see him for treatment because this office had already used his insurance benefits for the cleaning and dental work. I filed a dispute with the insurance company, but it was denied because they said the services were performed. That completely misses the issue: I’m not disputing that the work was done—I’m disputing that the work was done correctly. Now I’m being forced to pay out of pocket at another dentist to have the same issues treated again, for work that should have been done correctly the first time. I believe this office should reimburse me for the cost of the corrective treatment I now have to pay for because the fillings did not hold up. Very disappointed with this experience and with how this situation has been handled.
