Teníamos una cita programada para una hora específica y aun así tuvimos que esperar más de 2 horas después del horario asignado para ser atendidos. Lo más frustrante es que, después de pasar al cuarto, todavía nos hicieron esperar casi 1 hora más dentro de la habitación antes de que finalmente entrara el doctor. Lo que más preocupa es que este es un hospital donde atienden niños, muchos de ellos con cuidados especiales o necesidades médicas delicadas, y aun así hacen esperar demasiado tiempo. Es muy difícil mantener a un niño en un cuarto por tantas horas, especialmente cuando necesita atención especial, descanso o tiene alguna condición médica. Deberían tener más consideración con las familias y explicar la razón de la demora, porque no es justo pasar tanto tiempo esperando con un menor. Definitivamente necesitan mejorar la puntualidad, la organización y el respeto por el tiempo y bienestar de los pacientes.”
