- NDNaomi DavidAug 21, 20261.0These fools brought my child in for a PT eval and then prescribed and got approved from insurance for her to have two PT sessions per week, and then turned around and said oh we actually only have one and it's on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. --- mind you she's school age. I think that tells you what you need to know about this facility.

After my daughter tore her ACL, Dr. Spurdle took the time to thoroughly explain her injury and let us know she would need surgery. He made us feel informed and confident every step of the way. His assistant, Kristine, made the entire scheduling process seamless and stress-free, coordinating everything from the surgery to the follow-up appointments. After surgery, Dr. Spurdle continued to provide outstanding care, and Nicole, her physical therapist at this location, was truly amazing. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my daughter's recovery. Thanks to Nicole's encouragement and expertise, my daughter regained her strength, got back to walking confidently, and is now able to be active again. While no parent wants to see their child go through an injury like this, we are incredibly grateful for everyone at NCH who supported us throughout this journey. Thank you, Dr. Spurdle, Kristine, Nicole, and the entire team for your compassion, professionalism, and exceptional care. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
