  Amazing Karen went above and beyond to provide support. Customer service was amazing! Addressing insurance issues and tried several pairs of glasses with us. She spent an extraordinary amount of time with us and was pleasant and very helpful as well as professional. Highly recommend Warby Parker!

  My wife and I stopped by here after her radiation treatment today! The sales representative, Karen, was amazing! She is a great asset to this company! Great customer service and we didn’t feel rushed and we most definitely felt taken care of… all of our eyewear needs will continue to come to Warby Parker Sandestin Location, strictly because of Karen and her awesome service! Thank you and great job!

  Great new store…they had a really wide selection and got to try on my favorites from on line preview shopping. The employees were very helpful. Ended up with new glasses and sunglasses. Can’t wait get my new red frames. Love the brand and their philosophy of giving.

  I had a fabulous experience working with Mary at Warby Parker. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about eyewear- frame structure, fit, how different styles enhance facial features and the technical side of eyeware. Mary clearly understands the technical and aesthetic aspects of selecting glasses, and she explains everything in a way that is straightforward and helpful without ever feeling overwhelming. Her expertise made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciated her professionalism, patience and attention to detail. She is the best! Thank you Mary!!
