  I should have joined this gym years ago instead of exercising at home. The atmosphere is terrific, my trainer is very knowledgeable, especially about people my age (77). Very happy with this move.

  I’ve had a great experience at Youtfit Gym. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The entire team provides excellent customer service and is always friendly, professional, and willing to help. A special thank you to the General Manager, Nandis, for her outstanding leadership and dedication. She truly cares about the members and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a positive experience. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent service make a real difference. I highly recommend Youtfit Gym to anyone looking for a great place to work out with a supportive and caring team!

  I’ve had an excellent experience at YouFit Gym in Westchester. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and has everything needed for a great workout. What really makes this location stand out is the staff. Every team member is friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help whenever needed. A special recognition goes to Nandis, the General Manager. He is always available to assist members, answer questions, and ensure everyone has a positive experience. His leadership is evident in the way the entire team works together and treats members. Nandis leads by example, creates a welcoming environment, and goes above and beyond to help others. If you’re looking for a gym with great equipment, a positive atmosphere, and an outstanding staff that truly cares about its members, I highly recommend YouFit Westchester!

  This location is really bad they never have dumbbells. Good luck finding plates also . And mind you they have over 6 trainers always standing around and they dont organize the weights at all which is really annoying to pay for a gym and not being able to fully complete your workout routines due to this.
