I enjoy going there; it’s not too crowded, though my main gripe is the machines, many are very stiff and poorly made. It would be really nice if they had better-quality equipment. The service is top-notch; the girl at the front desk is a sweetheart—always smiling and very charismatic. They should clone her!!!

Very disappointed with the maintenance of the stationary bikes at this YouFit. There are seven bikes, and for about two months only five have been working. Today I came in and only TWO out of the seven were operational! I spoke with the front desk, and they told me they’ve been waiting for the bikes to be repaired for quite some time. I understand equipment breaks down, but five out of seven bikes not working is unacceptable. We’re paying our membership every month, so the equipment should be properly maintained. Hopefully management sees this review and finally gets these bikes fixed.

Samaya, Jaden, and the 2 Joses in the front, are the most genuine, welcoming , knowledgeable, kind, upbeat people in Miami! They always say something zen, welcoming me to my “ happy place”, and elevate my gym experience. This gym has great machines, is cleaned often, and the temperature is perfectly crisp for working out. They have a movie theater, where you can exercise in the dark ( on treadmills, bikes, row machines) while you watch a movie! This is the gem of Miami, bc of the amenities, and the staff!

I’ve been going to Youfit for over a year. tried a new location and was disappointed. This location has a lot of great amenities but it is absolutely filthy. The women’s bathroom is flooded with dirty toilet water. All of the women’s stalls are unavailable for use and there is a putrid smell upon entry of the gym as well as the locker room. I could not comfortably work out because there were weights all over the ground not on the proper racks. The machines were sticky and covered in sweat/grim. The staff was just standing around laughing and chatting while the gym is serious need of being cleaned.

This gym was a gem up to a few years ago. Management is extremely apathetic towards members needs, safety and respect. Working out machines are over saturated with groups who sequestered them while having conversations; on the phone and lack of courtesy for others. Weight and mats are all over the floor and never re-racked. I was insulted this morning by a very nasty young lady, because I asked her 3 times if she was done using the machine. She was ignoring me, as I tried asking her while she was hovering and in heavy conversation with 2 other ladies. She began screaming profanities in front of manager and nothing was done. Sadly, I will not return to this gym. As, a 75 yrs old, I don't need to be insulted and not respected by members or Management. I will inform all my SilverSneakers friends not to attend and go to another location.
