  They open too late on the weekends. Gets too packed weekday evenings. Waste of time.

  I tried this Youfit first since it is closer to work, and immediately did not like it. The front desk girl was not helpful when I checked in for my free pass, the free weight racks were basically empty and it was only 1 in the afternoon. I wanted to join Crunch, but there are none close to me, and was hoping this would be a strong second, it was not. I ended up joining the other Youfit nearby after trying them too and having much better interactions with the staff and actually being able to find free weights most of the time. The other location was also cleaner and the equipment in much better shape. Definitely disappointed in this one.

  One of the biggest issues at this gym is that most of the trainers don’t lead by example. They often leave weights, plates, and equipment lying around after using them with their clients instead of re-racking everything. If the staff doesn’t follow basic gym etiquette, it sets a poor example for members, who end up doing the same thing. Trainers should be setting the standard for keeping the gym clean, organized, and safe—not contributing to the problem. I hope management addresses this because it’s frustrating to see the people who should be leading by example ignoring the rules everyone else is expected to follow.

  I should have joined this gym years ago instead of exercising at home. The atmosphere is terrific, my trainer is very knowledgeable, especially about people my age (77). Very happy with this move.
