I needed the manager Roberto's assistance regarding an issue with my membership, and he did not treat me appropriately. He was ill-mannered, rude, and racist, and he made faces while speaking to me. He lacks the manners to interact with the public; his behavior is highly disrespectful.

She loved to take the classes in the beginning and she would never miss a day. Lately she had been telling me she felt some way about the trainer making remarks at her about the weight she would choose. Knowing she had an injured arm. She was doing her best and he literally told her “verdad que mañana tu no vienes?” Knowing dam well she goes everyday. Very rude, and disrespectful gentleman. Why don’t you go pick on someone your own size? Go pick a career you do like to do because this one isn’t it.
