There is nobody on the floor to either give you some workout tips or to monitor people sitting on the machines watching videos for 20 minutes. This place could be a hell of a lot better than it is today.

We specifically went in person in February to cancel our training sessions, especially because I became pregnant and could no longer continue. Instead of properly canceling everything, they quietly started charging us monthly membership fees afterward and even added an annual fee. The craziest part? They were still scheduling sessions after the cancellation without ever reaching out to me. No phone call, no confirmation, nothing. This place seriously needs to be more transparent with customers. Read every single thing before signing up because they will continue finding ways to charge you.

We canceled our training sessions in February, yet they continued charging us monthly membership fees afterward without our knowledge. Then they added an annual fee on top of it. What’s even more concerning is that they continued scheduling sessions after the cancellation without even contacting me first. It honestly feels intentionally misleading. When people are spending their hard-earned money, transparency matters. This place clearly cares more about charging your card than treating customers fairly. I would never recommend this gym to anyone.
