- NNNini Nieves1 day ago1.0Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Accountability My experience with Youfit Gym was extremely disappointing. I was charged legal fees that I felt needed to be addressed, but my concerns were never properly resolved. When I took the time to email corporate and formally request a refund, the manager responded by dismissing my request rather than making a genuine effort to understand my situation or find a reasonable solution. What disappointed me the most was the lack of support, understanding, and willingness to help. As a customer, I expected professionalism, transparency, and at least a fair review of my concerns. Instead, I felt dismissed and as though my experience and concerns did not matter. Customer service should be about listening to clients, addressing concerns fairly, and working toward a resolution—not simply rejecting a request without making the customer feel heard. Based on my experience,Youfit Gym has significant room for improvement when it comes to customer care and accountability. I hope management takes customer and starts by giving a proper tour and information at sign up , I hope they take feedback more seriously and makes an effort to treat future clients with the respect and consideration they deserve.

- MKMark KoblinskiSep 16, 20265.0Great staff and all the essential equipment. Very clean and organized.
- JGJose GonzalezSep 5, 20262.0Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve been a member for about 1 year and half now. Machines are starting to break and take forever to fix. Pulley machine’s safety is questionable. Cable locks do not lock on 3-4 machines. Attachments are missing rubber grips and nylon rope for bi/trips ex’s is so frayed, I don’t use it because it’ll snap any minute. I wish this gym doesn’t end up like other gyms.
