  I don't even know where to begin with this review. This gym has become a serious health and sanitation concern for both members and staff. The lack of urgency to keep this facility clean and properly maintained is unacceptable. I've been coming to this YouFit for over five years. When I first joined, it was clean, well maintained, and always busy. Over the past year, the condition of this gym has declined dramatically. Honestly, it's no surprise the gym is nearly empty now compared to what it used to be. On every visit, you'll find overflowing trash cans, clogged toilets, paper towels all over the restroom floors, dirty mirrors, dusty workout areas, and a sauna that smells terrible. Many times there aren't even disinfecting wipes or paper towels available to clean equipment before using it. If the gym isn't being cleaned regularly, the least they could do is make sure members have the supplies to sanitize the equipment themselves. Even tho cleanliness is the bare minimum. This isn't an isolated incident, it's become the norm. I have attached photos because words don't fully capture how unacceptable these conditions have become. As a paying member, I shouldn't have to question whether the equipment and facilities are being properly cleaned. There are far better gyms in the area that actually prioritize cleanliness and member safety. Unfortunately, after five years, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

  El peor error. El problema no es el gimnasio en si, sino la administración.... Contraté un entrenador personal que en principio era un plan de 3 meses y luego podía ser mes a mes... En el quinto mes no pudimos seguir yendo al gimnasio con el entrenador personal y decidí seguir con la cuota solo del gym por si podía ir algunos días... así que intente cancelarlo en varias oportunidades, siempre las respuestas fueron tienes q venir un poco después, tienes que venir un poco antes, tienes q venir después... No había manera de que me cancelaran el servicio. No tuve más opción que hablar con el banco... Y meses después cuando quise cancelar la membresía me dijeron que no podía porque tenía que pagar "lo del entrenador personal" en todos esos meses que no fuimos al gimnasio... Todavía me cobran la membresía y llamo al contacto que ellos te dan y no hay con quién hablar.... Tengo más de un año en este proceso y sin ir al gimnasio obviamente. Busquen otras opciones. No entren aquí porque es un hueco sin fondo para sus finanzas.

  I’ve been coming to this YouFit for a few years now. For the most part, it’s always been really well-maintained. An occasional broken piece of equipment here or there but they’re usually a lot more timely about fixing them than many other gyms I’ve visited. It’s also a large space. Gets a little cramped during peak hours but it’s spacious enough that one can work around it if you really want to come at that time. Has a sauna, which is a plus. Recently, a lot of change of staff, specifically amongst front desk, but everyone’s maintained the same friendly attitude that’s always given this gym its pleasant atmosphere. This goes for both front desk clerks, and trainers. I have two grievances, if any at all: 1. The internet goes out randomly, sometimes for an hour and a half, sometimes for thirty minutes. It’s spontaneous, so oftentimes it’s a little bit difficult to be able to buy stuff like pre-workout or protein shakes. Which is fine, but it happens frequently enough that I have to mention it. 2. This somewhat of a more recent thing, but I’m noticing the paper towel holders all over the gym and toilet paper in the bathroom run out and aren’t really getting refilled. I think the toilet paper runs out first. Then people start taking the paper towels into the restroom as a replacement, so then both things will be missing and it’ll stay like that for the rest of the day. This is a little bit of a bigger deal to me because I see so many people not washing their hands after using the bathroom that I’m big on wiping down equipment before use. Overall though, those are small things amongst what could be a flurry of problems for a place like this. Friendly staff, well-maintained, relatively clean, organized, and maintaining a good, tight-knit community for those who are into fitness. Everything you could want out of a public gym, really. Gotta hand it to the staff.

  I’ve been a member of Youfit for quite some time, and unfortunately, ever since they have been constantly changing management, the gym has not been the same. The overall quality has noticeably gone downhill. The cleanliness is no longer maintained the way it used to be, and the bathrooms often don’t even have toilet paper or paper towels available. The theater room is almost always closed or inactive, and the sauna barely works properly after 8 PM, which is frustrating for members who work out later in the evening. On top of that, the hours of operation have become much worse. The gym now closes earlier than before, especially on weekends, which makes it inconvenient for many members. Considering the monthly price is now almost comparable to larger gyms like LA Fitness, it’s disappointing because this location is much smaller and offers far less amenities and services. At this point, I’m seriously considering canceling my membership because it no longer feels worth the cost.

  I had high hopes for this gym, but it didn't work out. Initially, I was happy with the trainer and the entire staff. The manager even made a pleasant courtesy call to me. However, the primary reason for the membership was that my son asked for it as a birthday gift—and he is a minor. They told me that I had to sign up myself, even though the membership was intended f him. The point is that it will always be just the two of us—him and me—whenever we visit, because he is the reason I signed up for the most expensive membership tier and hired a personal trainer exclusively for him. Yet today, the manager of this establishment—who evidently lacks common sense—told me that I am required to go through a rather tedious process (considering that normally, you just scan your phone to enter) every single time I come in with my son. Every time, they force me to input repetitive information—the exact same details over and over again—since it is always my son accompanying me. That manager fails to grasp that this is absurd and that she is inconveniencing a paying customer. Had I known this beforehand, I never would have come here—and certainly wouldn't have signed a membership agreement. Tenía buenas expectativas con este gym pero no funcionó. En un principio estaba contenta con el entrenador y todo el personal . Incluso la manager me hizo una agradable llamada de cortesía. Pero la razon principal de la membresía es que mi hijo me pidió ese regalo de cumpleaños y él es un menor. Ellos me dijeron que me debia inscribir yo aunque fuera para él. El punto es que siempre seremos él y yo , cada vez que vengamos porque es por el que me inscribí en la membresía mas cara y contrate los servicios de un entrenador personal en exclusiva para él. Y hoy la manager de este lugar que evidentemente no tiene sentido común me dijo que yo estaba obligada a hacer todo un proceso bastante tedioso( considerando que con solo escanear el celular uno entra y ya) cada vez que viniera con mi hijo. Cada vez me obligan a poner una información repetitiva ( ya que siempre es mi hijo) de lo mismo y lo mismo. Esa manager no internaliza que eso es absurdo y que esta molestando a un cliente. Si hubiese sabido eso no hubiese venido aqui y mucho menos firmaria un acuerdo. El entrenador Iraelvis,hasta el momento es muy bueno y tiene una actitud excelente. Es una pena que ponen en posición de liderazgo a gente que en realidad no esta preparada para esa posición. I’ve been here for a month, and the gym seems generally good. The facilities are clean and everything is tidy. The trainer I hired for my son is efficient and appears committed to excellence. However, the area for doing cardio while watching a movie is still out of order, and I see no intention of fixing it. Aside from this, it continues to annoy me greatly that I am forced to provide the same information over and over again every time I accompany my son—despite the fact that a prior agreement was already in place. I had agreed to always accompany the minor to his private training sessions, as well as whenever else he visited. That is why I opted for the more expensive membership package, in addition to the trainer fees. Yet that woman was completely incapable of reasoning.
