  I recently had a bad experience here regarding a charge. I was told over the phone to come in to get the charge removed. When I went in person, I was told the charge could not be removed. I also found the front desk staff unhelpful. I find that this membership is predatory in terms of how they charge.

  Cuando me inscribí seleccioné una membresía premium y pregunté si podía usar cada área del gimnasio y me dijeron que sí, incluso el área personalizada, siempre que no estuviese ocupada, sobre la base del respeto y preguntando siempre, cosa que he hecho aún estando vacía, pero hoy fue diferente y me negaron el acceso, aún estando desocupado los equipos. No voy a al gimnasio a perder mi tiempo, me programo para 45 minutos y tengo que sobrellevar que los clientes se sienten en las máquinas a atender el teléfono o hablar y ahora que también me nieguen el uso de unos equipos estando vacíos, nada que lejos de ir a relajarse sales alterado, se supone que ese no sea el objetivo de un gimnasio

  I have been a member of this YouFit location for the past four months, and during that entire time, several machines have remained out of service. After being away for two weeks and returning yesterday, I was disappointed to find that not only have the original machines still not been repaired, but an additional three to four machines are now also out of order. This has become increasingly frustrating, as the gym already has a limited number of machines available. The growing amount of equipment that is unusable is making it difficult to complete a proper workout and receive the service that members are paying for. Adding to the frustration, it is not possible to contact this location directly by phone, as calls are automatically redirected to another branch. This leaves members with no direct way to address concerns or obtain updates regarding repairs. As a paying member, I expect the facility and equipment to be maintained in a reasonable and timely manner. The continued lack of repairs gives the impression that these issues are not being taken seriously. I respectfully request that the broken machines be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. If these issues continue without improvement, I will have to seriously consider canceling my membership and finding another gym that better maintains its equipment and services..

  Harold gave me the worst customer I’ve had at a gym in a long time, maybe ever. He obviously didn’t want to be there and couldn’t answer what I asked except for getting his manager. I guess that he probably knows that he comes off this way because his name tag was turned around when we were asking for his name. The gym is very small. I’m giving this one star because they had one employee who was super attractive named Adel.

  I have been with planet fitness for years Lately I been receiving emails and messages about Youfit gyms 3 days pass decided to finally give it a try they did not wanted to granted me acces unless manager Patrick was there they ask me to come back another day meaning if a specific manager is not around they won't let you in with the so call 3 days free pass Second after signing a bunch of papers for a day pass and getting hundred of questions They want to hold your ID at the front I order to let you in one thing is requesting it which is ok another thing is keeping it not thanks. Too much stress for one free pass I guess I know why I always go back to planet fitness. Please don't harass people with this free passes. Then make them waste time I dont recomend Youfit to anyone if you value your time is not here
