The instructor (KIRA) was amazing, guiding us with expertise and a calming presence that made the session both challenging and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, the staff (MICHELLE) was outstanding, welcoming me warmly and ensuring I felt comfortable. The overall atmosphere was friendly and inclusive, making it easy to relax and focus on my practice. I absolutely loved my time there and highly recommend this yoga studio to everyone looking for a top-notch yoga experience.

Every class is so different and the instructors are perfect for each one. I also like they offer workshops to learn more about yoga and their practices.

If you’re ever having one of those days where you need to release tension, stress or want to get out of your head this is the place to go. I literally did hot yoga and the temperature seeps deep into your skin making the flow feel 10 times amazing. The ladies who work at the front and the instructors happen to be the nicest and friendliest people known to man. You will never find a more welcoming environment.
