They took the time to help me choose the perfect pair of glasses and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my choice. I also had an excellent experience with the eye doctor. She was incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything during my eye exam. I truly felt like she cared about making sure my eyes were healthy and that I received the best care possible. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend Warby Parker to anyone looking for great customer service, a beautiful selection of glasses, and an excellent eye exam experience. I will definitely be coming back!

This is the first time entering one of your stores for anything. I came in because of a dire need and not only was I assisted but you gained a spot on my shopping list for all my future optical needs. Kudos to Nat and Andres.
