The sales girl was unable to communicate that frames bought before 2018 were no longer eligible to replace prescription lenses. A very thoughtful and intelligent person in customer service was able to explain this to me, and I was absolutely OK with the situation. The inability of the sales clerk to be able to communicate this, cause her to accuse me of being rude, which was not the case. So she very rudely asked me to leave the store. Completely unacceptable behavior.
