- KGKim GiangregorioOct 8, 20265.0Thousands of miles away from home and my sunglasses broke, an important accessory in Miami followed by a Caribbean cruise!!! Popped in to see if they could, at least, be temporarily repaired. Nathan didn’t just repair the issue… he repaired the issue, identified three future problems AND cleaned my glasses!!! The fix wasn’t “quick and temporary’”, my glasses were as good as new. Thoughtful, kind and thorough service. Above and beyond, thank you Nathan!
- RVRamon VilelaSep 25, 20265.0Nathan U. Is the specialist you want! Amazing longitudinal customer support. Completely satisfied with his kind approach and specialist approach adjusting our glasses. It’s the third time we purchase with Warby Parker and for sure more to come just because getting adjustments is so well delivered by good professionals.
- MRMikel RufoSep 21, 20265.0Both Dr Trivedi and Víctor Pineda at the Brickell City Centre location were honestly amazing. They made my eye appointment, finding a frame, ordering the glasses and contacts an absolutely seamless and rather enjoyable experience. Both were so professional, well versed in their field and extremely knowledgeable. I can’t give them a higher praise for their assistance that they provided to me. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend this location. Thank you!
