They immediately provided me with options, gave me his honest opinion and even asked his colleague for a second opinion which finalized my decision. My total time in store was less than 20 mins and I felt I got what I came for, was confident in my decision, and feel super happy and excited to get my glasses in the mail. I've been a Warby Parker customer since I first found out about them years ago and I will keep coming back. My only feedback is that I wish there was a buyback program, like if we return our old glasses that they can give us at least $10 bucks or something. Other than that, I am totally happy with WP!

After I called and got the order corrected, I then received another email saying the replacement is out of stock. This has been a complete waste of my time, money, and energy. On top of that, my experience with the doctor was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. The overall service I received from Warby Parker has been unacceptable. Despite multiple mistakes from their side, they still expect customers to pay hundreds of dollars. This feels like a complete lack of accountability and care. Three back-to-back errors, and I’m left sitting with only one right-eye lens and no clear resolution. I trusted the brand name, but this experience has completely changed my perception. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.
