  I enjoy coming to this gym and the facility itself has been great. However, I wanted to mention an experience I had with customer service. When I checked in, I greeted the front desk employee and didn’t receive any response. Later, I purchased a bottle of water, and after saying “thank you,” I again received no response not even a “you’re welcome.” I understand everyone can have an off day, but basic courtesy goes a long way. A simple greeting and acknowledgment can make members feel welcome. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience going forward.

  Any fighters dream location the memberships are a bit up their but it has everything you need to succeed can’t wait to start training with the coaches and bring my game to a higher level !! Some of the recovery equipment isn’t working but when working with fighters obviously some things are gonna be rough around the edges.

  “We can lower the music if corporate comes will get in trouble, this is the lowest allowed” so you’re telling me that I have noise canceling headphones full volume and I CAN’T listen to my music because your music is overpowering and that’s the lowest allowed? 😐 BS Also, when it comes to selling the memberships they’re to good at constantly reaching out but when you renew and their staff keeps on sending you messages suddenly when you ask why they stop replying and avoid you when they see yo at the gym 🫪🤯

  Llevo meses intentando cancelar mi membresía con UFC Gym y ha sido una experiencia extremadamente frustrante. He llamado en múltiples ocasiones y me han transferido de un lado a otro, incluso colgándome el teléfono y diciéndome que ellos no pueden procesar la cancelación. Mientras tanto, han seguido acumulando cargos en mi cuenta. Recientemente intentaron cobrarme más dinero cuando ya les había informado que quería cancelar, y ahora me han debitado automáticamente cerca de $400 por meses de membresía que no he utilizado. Lo peor es que sigo sin recibir una respuesta clara ni una confirmación de cancelación. No recomiendo este gimnasio por la dificultad para cancelar una membresía y la falta de atención al cliente. Los cobros continúan, pero obtener ayuda parece imposible. Espero que alguien de la administración se comunique conmigo para resolver esta situación de inmediato.

  Buyer beware: UFC Gym engages in predatory tactics to squeeze you for the most money possible. When you go cancel your membership, they'll tell you that you have to give them 21 days notice, and if you didn't, you must pay for another month. That is not advertised upfront. There's absolutely no reason why a gym needs 3 weeks of notice to cancel a membership. This is absurd and exists to steal one month from a majority of people who won't cancel with a 21 day window. Second, we were charged a mystery late fee, even though the payment was on auto pay. Nobody could explain why, and they refused to refund it. Cool. Third, if you do choose to go here, be aware that the personal trainers will pressure you as hard as they possibly can to get you to sign up for personal training. They'll approach you constantly, text you, call you nonstop. While this gym is a decent value for your money, I simply cannot recommend to anyone to do business with a company that is engaged in predatory tactics to shake their customers down for money. It's unethical, and shameful.
