  You are the best in Midtown! Recovery is aces!!!! The team is fantastic. Shout to Manny to trainer - he changed my life. And Rey is the best manager around. Ask for Ty at the front desk. Thanks fam for everything

  Was considering ufc gym but these reviews are horrible… As a consumer this is disturbing how un-accommodating they are. It’s like UFC GYM Midtown (owner) truly does not care about resolving consumer affairs. If you want to be overcharged and treated poorly this is the gym for you.

  After seeing the reviews I won’t be using this gym ever again. I’m seeing too many complaints about unfixed billing issues. On Sunday I saw a young man pleading with the front desk to fix his membership, for them to treat him like trash. Absolutely unprofessional.

  I really wanted to love this UFC Gym, but the back-office side is a mess (numerous managers/zero accountability) Despite being promised a single billing date by the manager Katriel, my accounts are separate, leading to constant late fees. Dealing with staff has been the worst part they are unhelpful and, at times, outright rude when I tried to cancel or fix the issue they would've rather to cancel my membership than provide any help. The facility is okay, but it's not worth the billing headache and the lack of professional support especially for such an easy fix.

  Parking 0/5, facility 2/5, staff 2/5, hygiene 3/5. I usually attend the Kendall location however it’s now farther from me and the traffic is terrible so I decided to try this location out. For starters I tried calling & there was no way to get ahold of anyone at the front desk bc they do not answer the phones. I received a text & call back about 10-15 min later to finally get some answers regarding their parking situation as there was no visible parking other than off street paid parking. When I did finally receive a response, the girl I spoke with informed me that their parking cannot be used by members of another location without upgrading to a membership that includes their recovery amenities at this location even though my membership allows me access to all corporately owned clubs. She then tried to pitch it to me as a 2 year membership with parking and recovery included for $799 as their parking is allegedly essential bc the off street parking is not to be trusted. Keep in mind that the alleged parking they’re attempting to make part of the membership fee is capacitated for about 20 vehicles max so modifying my membership to fight over 20 spaces of available parking is obviously not worth it. When she attempted to bring up the subject of not trusting the area parking I informed her that I was born & raised in Miami, I’m more aware of where I’m standing than she is. She showed me around the recovery center which was nice but given how poorly maintained the gym is, I wouldn’t want to pay a membership for amenities to consistently need repair or maintenance etc. Their locker rooms are new-ish but again, poorly maintained. They also don’t have enough machines, the space is pretty cramped for a gym. If you have a membership at another club and visit this one every so often it’s fine but to purchase their recommended membership with alleged amenities is not worth it to me.
