  Pésima experiencia con la administración y una total falta de transparencia. Cuando me inscribí, me hicieron pagar dos meses por adelantado asegurándome que con eso ya estaba cubierto mi inicio. Para mi sorpresa, al mes siguiente me cargaron a la tarjeta una supuesta 'tarifa anual de mantenimiento' de la que jamás me hablaron al momento de venderme la membresía, y a los 30 días me volvieron a debitar la mensualidad completa. Cuando fui a reclamar a recepción, la única respuesta que me dieron, con total cinismo, fue que 'debí haber leído la letra pequeña del contrato'. Son engañosos con sus cobros y no tienen ningún respeto por el cliente; te ocultan costos para que firmes.

  Be very careful when signing up here. The sales rep promised me a flat monthly fee with no long-term commitment, but my first bill included a surprise '$64 annual maintenance fee' and a non-refundable enrollment charge they never mentioned. When I tried to cancel within my first month, they pointed to tiny fine print requiring a 60-day notice. Completely misleading sales tactics.

  The staff at this facility needs serious customer service training. Every time I walk in, the employees at the front desk barely look up from their phones, let alone greet members. Yesterday, I went to ask a basic question about locker access, and the guy behind the counter rolled his eyes and gave me a curt, dismissive answer like I was interrupting his day. Paying a monthly membership to be treated with complete indifference and disrespect is unacceptable. The gym itself is fine, but the bad attitude from the team makes the whole environment uncomfortable

  Every time my mother and I arrive at this gym, the employee Leila turns the music up extremely loud and changes the regular gym playlist to bachata, reggaeton, and similar music. What makes this especially uncomfortable is that she seems to wait until we arrive to make the change. This has happened repeatedly, which makes it feel personal and specifically directed at us. My mother approached Leila and politely asked whether there was a personal issue. Leila responded that most people there are Hispanic and have their own musical preference. We have trained at different gyms, and the playlist is usually selected to create a workout environment that can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of ethnicity, background, or personal musical taste. A gym should make all members feel equally welcome. We will continue coming to this location because it is the closest gym to our home, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. It is very disappointing when an employee creates an uncomfortable and unfriendly atmosphere for certain customers. I also want to make it clear that we have not experienced this at other UFC Gym locations. This situation happens specifically at night, on the days when Leila is working. A professional gym environment should be welcoming and respectful to all members, without anyone feeling singled out or treated differently.
