I absolutely love this gym! It’s spacious, the price is unbeatable, and I love seeing people who are genuinely dedicated to working out. I also had an amazing experience thanks to one of the staff members, an Asian woman whose name I unfortunately forgot. She provided exceptional customer service and made me feel very welcome. What a beautiful person! Her professionalism and kindness truly made a difference in my experience. Overall, I love everything about this gym, from the facilities and classes to the recovery room and affordable membership. You really can’t beat the value! I would definitely recommend this gym to my friends, family, and community. Keep up the great work!

If you come during busy hours, you’re definitely not gonna find any parking. You’re gonna have to park under the bridge. and pay it’s not too much, but it’s inconvenient. I wish they had more equipment. but I do like that they’re open 24 seven some days. It’s definitely better than LA fitness. The staff is chill. and the people that go there are cool. Not finding a locker is a bit frustrating though. Most of the time the locks are stuck or broken. It’s unfortunate that they don’t have a lot of recovery options here, and the little they do have you’ll have to pay $100 a month for it. There is no sauna or steam room. 90% of the stairsteppers are nonfunctional.

I live in Midtown and wanted to purchase memberships for myself and my husband. Before signing up, I had a few questions about membership options and pricing for couples. Over several days, I called roughly 30 times, morning through evening. Every call ended with an automated message saying all representatives were busy. I left voicemails with my number and never received a callback. I’m already disappointed before even joining. If it’s this difficult to reach someone to buy a membership, how would I get help as a member? Having been a member of Equinox for years, I was interested in UFC Gym for boxing and other classes since I moved here. Unfortunately, this experience has me looking elsewhere. Midtown has plenty of alternatives. Update: Thank you for your response. You invited me to “reach out directly,” but provided no name, direct phone number, or email address. Who should I contact, and how? Calling the main number repeatedly without reaching anyone was the reason for my review. Please provide a named contact and a direct way to reach them.

Honestly, it feels like the main focus here is selling memberships rather than maintaining and improving the gym itself. It’s been almost two months, and around 70% of the StairMasters are still not working properly. For the amount members are paying, the equipment should be properly maintained and issues like this should not take months to fix. I really hope management starts prioritizing the overall gym experience and makes some improvements soon.
