Ask for Gianni! Exceptional service and worth every penny.
I really didn't know how much I needed to come to this store until I finally walked in. Gianni was nothing short of knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process.
I know some online reviews mention the cost, and yes, they are making money—but they are providing a specialized service for people who genuinely need anatomical support and structural correction for their feet. To me, investing in your long-term health and alignment is completely worth it.
The customer service alone won me over, but knowing that these arch supports come with a lifetime guarantee gives me total peace of mind. I am definitely a returning customer. If you go, do yourself a favor and ask for Gianni!

I had a great experience at The Good Feet Store thanks to Gianni. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand my feets and recommend the right support for me. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers feel better, not just making a sale. The difference in comfort was noticeable right away. I highly recommend asking for Gianni if you visit the store!

Excellent service!! Maria was very patient as I have multiple issues with one foot. She worked with me to find the best fit for my problems. I am enjoying my arch supports and they have helped me tremendously. The plantar fasciitis socks are also helping me so much!! So glad I stopped by that day!! Thank you Maria!!

Gave me great customer service when I walked and then everything changed. Never sent my scans I had to call 3 times to get them. They quoted me a price for shoes and over charged my credit card by $60 the store manager said she'll give me a refund and to send an email and the email stated they'll give me a credit but no refund. When I asked about the package at the beginning they quoted me 1 price and at the end they gave me another price. Look at your receipts before leaving. This store is a scam.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort.
