  The optometrist is so, so kind, patient, and friendly. She was looking out for my best interest, not just in eyesight and wear but also when it came down to financial spending (I don't have insurance, I'm young and about to get hired but I haven't gotten hired yet, so I really can't afford much rn 😭). Everyone else there was also super kind and friendly too. I highly recommend coming here, it is 100% worth it!!

  I loveee Target Optical. Dr Cifuentes is so thorough and detailed. Gabriella helped me so much to practice with my contacts. Annie took so much time to do my glasses to perfection!!!! She really went above and beyond. Not only they saw me earlier but they helped me to achieve my perfect glasses. Loved it!!!!

  I’ve had consistently excellent experiences at Target Optical. Everyone at this location is kind, helpful, and caring. Maribel was particularly helpful during my last visit, guiding me with frames and providing solutions for my questions and concerns. I would recommend this team without hesitation.

  I’ve been a loyal patient at this Target Optical for over 10 years, long before it changed ownership, and I have never experienced anything like I did today. I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses that became extremely loose over time, so I returned to exchange them. When I went back to pick up the replacement, I had an interaction with an employee named Maribel that was completely unacceptable. Her demeanor was rude, unprofessional, and confrontational from the start. Her tone was elevated, her body language was dismissive, and she continued to escalate the situation instead of handling it professionally. This all occurred in front of other patients, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and embarrassing. Another employee (who was kind and professional) actually apologized to me afterward, which says a lot. I work in healthcare and oversee multiple locations, so I understand the importance of patient experience and professionalism. The behavior I encountered today falls far below any acceptable standard. I will be escalating this to corporate, but I felt it was important to share this experience for others. Unfortunately, I no longer feel comfortable returning to this location after being treated this way.
