  I had the worst experience at this studio. I will never in my life be back. I booked my first class with them today. I arrive 10 minutes early to discover no parking garage like their page said. I then see a parking lot behind their business and it's $6.85 an hour to park. The start of the class had already begun so I asked them to cancel my reservation and not charge me. They swore there is a parking garage and that they could book me for the 7pm Empower. It sucked because I wish their website was more transparent and the reschedule meant I wasn't going to be able to try their classic class. I signed up for the 7pm Empower anyways. In the 45 minutes I waited it starts pouring down rain. I had to add another hour to the parking meter. When I walked from the car to the door (off street stip mall of business fronts) front I paced for over 4 minutes looking for the building and calling the front desk. NO ANSWER. At 7:04pm she picks up the phone and steps outside to show me where they are. Their business DOES NOT have a sign (see photos below). They expected me to see the little mirror that transparently said Pure Barre. The front inside looks nothing like a barre studio when looking through the window. Their page when you book on class pass mentions nothing about the way it's hidden. At 7:05pm as shes walking me through the door finally she starts saying I can't enter class because there is a 5 minute late rule. I couldn't believe my ears. I left my home at 5:15pm, I arrived at 5:35pm for their 5:45pm class and by the time I drove home it was 7:25pm. I've wasted two hours of my evening. Please do not choose this studio. There is no parking garage like they claim and street parking is $4.35 an hour while the parking lot behind it is $6.85 an hour. Just don't get a membership here because it's too costly and too inconvenient to choose this location.

  Same incredible workout in a beautiful new space! The studio is so elegant and elevated. The instructors and entire team are incredibly welcoming, I love this studio and can’t recommend it enough!

  I just went to my first class and I love it. Such a great place with wonderful instructors! It's not intimidating and I felt welcomed. I am signing up for a monthly membership.
