  Justin was busy at the moment but ended his phone call and worked with me one on one. He told me his honest opinion and offered me a few options and told me what they had available and if he wasnt sure he let me know up front. I was expecting to pay over 500 for some meta glasses but woth the discount he found with vsp and all the works (transitions, anti-reflective, clear blue, etc.). He saved me over 50%. I really appreciate people who take their time to help out a customer find out exactly what they need and hear me out when I was comparing prices and quotes from other locations. 10/10 will be returning here for future business and recommending to other potential customers. Please ask for Justin

  This is my second time at this office, my experience has been excellent, the service level of professionalism from the entire team are incredible. The ophthalmologist is very professional, he explain to you every detail. Thanks.

  Getting tired of waiting for my glasses. Its over 2 weeks with empty promises of arrival. Giving it one more day before i cancel this order. Optometrist was great and thats the ONLY reason for the second star.

  Era clienta de ellos desde el 2018 hasta hoy 07/31/2024 dado a que llame a las 2:00pm para realizar una orden de lentes de contacto como siempre hago y resulta que nadie me podia atender, supuestamente me iban a devolver la llamada lo antes posible y eran las 4:30pm y aun no recibía una llamada volví a llamar y por supuesto le deje saber que no había recibido llamada para atrás para realizar una compra y me colgaron así llame varias veces y colgaban. Finalmente me contesta alguien con mala actitud y no prestando atención a mi queja referente a la recepcionista que me colgaba que no dio mi mensaje de que me llamaran de regreso para realizar mi compra. Pésimo servicio están ofreciendo ellos últimamente. Cambiaron el personal anterior y se han vuelto lo peor en servicio al cliente y debido a eso ya no quiero ser mas su cliente porque por lo visto no les importa mantener una buena imagen con los clientes nuevo, no me quiero imaginar con los nuevos como sera. Sin palabras
