  Great staff and great facility. For my first visit they explained clearly about all their services and gave me a complementary compression therapy for my legs, hips and back. Felt great -!; totally recommended.

  Tried the compression for my first time and loved it. If the seating area were more private or at least a quiet zone I would have given five stars as someone next to me was also getting an IV and was having a very loud conversation. Other than that would go back.

  What an amazing experience at Pause Brickell! I honestly feel like the entire team deserves a big shout-out. Everyone I interacted with was so welcoming, helpful, and kind. I didn’t catch the name of the woman who gave me my tour, but she was absolutely wonderful and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived. I’ve floated many, many times over the years, and I have to say, the float pods here have quickly become one of my favorites. I absolutely love the space, the atmosphere, and the whole experience. And as someone with big curly hair, I especially appreciate having a proper shower with a great jet afterward! 😂 It’s the little things! The tour also gave me a chance to discover everything else Pause has to offer: infrared sauna, light therapy, compression, cryotherapy, and more. I hadn’t even seen the cryotherapy room before today! There are so many options depending on what kind of wellness experience you’re looking for. I was also pleasantly surprised by the pricing and the credit system. It makes trying different services feel very accessible, and the membership options are definitely worth looking into. Most importantly, I left feeling so good and already wanting to come back. There’s something about this place that really invites you to slow down and take a breath. And I love the name Pause because, honestly, I think we could all use a little pause once in a while. 💛 If you’re on a wellness journey or simply looking for a beautiful place to disconnect, reset, and take some time for yourself, I definitely recommend checking out Pause Brickell.   The girl at reception was AMAZING!! She was so kind and kept her composure with large groups and was so helpful! It was an a great first experience and I will definitely be back! Thank you for keeping my experience first class.
