  A phenomenal wellness spa! I started off with the discovery to try one of each service and became a member after my first visit. Clean facility, friendly staff, and high quality equipment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for recovery, relaxation and self care! You will end up going more than you think so I would recommend the membership.

  I’m so happy you guys finally opened up! Becoming a member at Pause has been game changer and I’m so grateful for all the team members. Anais at the front is so welcoming and Matt is so attentive! The space is beautiful and clean. My favorite spot is in the heart of Brickell.
