  Horrible, pésimo servicio. A mi hijo le mandaron un ultrasonido Renal STAT. LLame antes de llegar y me dijeron que se lo podían hacer hasta las 4pm. Cuando llegué me dijeron que no se lo podían hacer que solo atendían hasta las 2pm pero que esperara, después de 20 minutos esperando me llaman y me dicen que ellos en realidad atendían hasta las 3pm y que no se lo podían hacer porque el niño no tenía la vejiga llena cosa que anteriormente no me habían explicado. Una perdida de tiempo total, un servicio pésimo y además no abren mañana. Si puedes ahórrate el tiempo y no pongas la salud de tu hijo en las manos de estas personas. Ninguna estrella merecen.

  Hoy estuvimos en el centro con mi niña para hacerse un MRI, y realmente la atención fue excelente. Todos nos han tratado con mucho respeto, explicándonos detalladamente el paso a paso y dándonos mucha tranquilidad. Agradezco especialmente a Verónica, Barbara, Eileen, Lindsey y el Dr. Maniaci por su atención y por el amor con el que nos han atendido.

  I have previously been seen at this urgent care and have always had positive experiences and good service, which is why this visit was so disappointing. APRN Rigoberto Nuñez was dismissive, rude, and did not listen to my concerns regarding my child’s symptoms. My child was seen for a high fever and severe cough that had already been ongoing for over two weeks, yet my concerns were brushed off and his responses came across as sarcastic and unprofessional. As the parent of an autistic child, patience, clear communication, and compassionate care are especially important to me, and unfortunately that was not our experience during this visit. What concerned me most was the contradictory medication instructions we received. We were verbally told one thing regarding medications, while the discharge paperwork stated something entirely different. When I pointed out the discrepancy, I was told the information on the paperwork was “old” and to ignore it — despite it being included on the actual discharge instructions we were sent home with. Conflicting medical instructions are a serious patient safety concern, especially when treating children. The following day, my child’s symptoms worsened after being prescribed medication that did not appear to appropriately address the condition he was being treated for. I ultimately had to seek care from another provider, where he received a more thorough evaluation and appropriate treatment. Patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and confident that the information they are given is accurate and consistent. Unfortunately, that was not our experience during this visit with APRN Rigoberto Nuñez.
