  Jess and Chris were the technicians that did my son’s chest X-ray. They were absolutely amazing! They were so kind, patient, and friendly, and they did such a great job making him feel comfortable and at ease. Their professionalism and caring attitude truly made a difference. We really appreciate them! 💙

  WOW!!! Today, my son went to Nicklaus Children’s West Kendall Outpatient Center to have an MRT procedure, and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with kindness, patience, compassion, and professionalism. The entire staff made us feel so comfortable, but most importantly, they made my son feel safe and cared for. They treated him as if he were their own child. ❤️ A special thank you to Eileen, Veronica, Barbara, Stephanie, Grether, and Dr. Blumstein for going above and beyond. You were so kind, gentle, patient, and understanding. You took the time to explain everything, made the process easier for my son, and helped him feel calm and comfortable throughout the entire experience. As a mother, there is nothing more important than knowing that your child is in good hands. Seeing how caring and compassionate everyone was gave me such peace of mind. You didn’t just take care of my son—you took care of us as a family. Thank you for your beautiful hearts, your patience, your kindness, and for treating every child with such love and dignity.   The people who answer the phone to schedule appointments are terribly irresponsible and disrespectful; they treat you very poorly, don't do their jobs right, and—on top of that—hang up on you. This is a perfect example of why so many people have such a poor opinion of healthcare in this country. I waited 30 minutes to make an appointment for my newborn twins, only to be treated terribly and have the phone hung up on me. This place is awful.
