  Había ido a este Hospital a consultas con especialista y mi niño recibe sus terapias de lenguaje y ocupacional en otro centro q pertenece a ellos en Miami Lakes nunca he tenido quejas. Recientemente visite la emergencia mi niño llevaba varios dias enfermo y lo habia llevado varias veces al pediatra hasta q finalmente me recomendaron llevarlo a la emergencia del hospital ya q ellos no contaban con otros recursos para hacerle mas exámenes q llevaba ,la atención fue super buena por parte de todo el personal muy amables .La doctora no recuerdo su nombre muy profesional muy atenta con sus pacientes se ve q trabaja porque le gusta lo q hace hasta q no se fueron sus pacientes no se retiro del hospital a pesar de q su horario de guardia habia terminado. Le realizaron varios exámenes y gracias a dios y a ellos dieron con lo q tenia y le pusieron el tratamiento y ya esta bien por fin .Realmente no tengo quejas y muy satisfecha con su atención.

  I felt like the whole time they were just rushing to get my son out. This is a Children's hospital I am not sure how you can only have chair set up as a bench for a parent to stay overnight. It should be expected that an Adult would acompany a minor and at least have a recliner while you wait.

  Mi experiencia fue muy mala en la urgencia del hospital, mi bebe de 10 meses llego al hospital con 39 de fiebre a las 11 de la noche y la medicaron una hora después por lo que llego a 40 de temperatura. Despues nos tuvieron en un cuarto al rededor de dos horas para que el medico la viniera a revisar. Finalmente cuando la reviso dijo que se necesitaba una prueba de orina por lo que la prueba la realizaron a las 3 de la mañama.

  I am extremely disappointed with the care my child received at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. I brought my son in with a very high fever and extreme weakness, and no tests were performed at all. We were simply told it was a circulating virus and sent home. Later, it turned out that my baby actually had pneumonia. This is very concerning and unacceptable, as proper evaluation could have identified his condition much sooner. Based on my experience, I honestly felt that even an urgent care would have provided more thorough attention. This situation put my child’s health at risk, and I expected much better

  Mi experiencia en Nicklaus Children’s Hospital fue pésima. Llevé a mi hijo con la boca rajada y un trauma en un diente y nos hicieron esperar más de 5 horas sin hacerle absolutamente nada. Lo peor es que las máquinas para hacer las placas estaban dañadas y NADIE tuvo la decencia de informarnos, simplemente nos dejaron espernado.Tuvimos que averiguarlo nosotros mismos preguntando a otras enfermeras en el piso. Cero comunicación, cero empatía. La hospitalidad es inexistente y mas en el personal. Pero lo más indignante fue la actitud de una enfermera llamada Giselle (rubia, bajita, joven). Extremadamente grosera, arrogante y fuera de lugar. Se puso a discutir con nosotros como si estuviera en la calle, sin ningún tipo de profesionalismo, y ni siquiera estaba a cargo del caso de mi hijo. Incluso le faltó el respeto a la doctora cuando le pidieron su nombre, respondiendo de mala manera: “Gisele, y mi apellido no lo necesitas”. Ese nivel de falta de respeto dentro de un hospital infantil es inaceptable. Muy mala organización, pésima atención y personal con actitudes que no deberían estar trabajando con niños ni familias. Definitivamente NO lo recomiendo. My experience at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital was terrible. I brought my son in with a cut in his mouth and trauma to one of his teeth, and we were made to wait more than 5 hours without anything being done. The worst part is that the machines for the X-rays were broken, and NO ONE had the decency to inform us—they simply left us waiting. We had to find out ourselves by asking other nurses on the floor. Zero communication, zero empathy. Hospitality is nonexistent, especially from the staff. But the most upsetting part was the attitude of a nurse named Giselle (blonde, short, young). She was extremely rude, arrogant, and completely out of line. She started arguing with us as if she were in the street, with no professionalism at all, and she wasn’t even in charge of my son’s case. She even disrespected the doctor when asked for her name, responding rudely: “Gisele, and you don’t need my last name.” That level of disrespect inside a children’s hospital is unacceptable. Very poor organization, terrible service, and staff with attitudes that should not be working with children or families. I definitely DO NOT recommend it.
