Two pairs of sunglasses had become too uncomfortable to wear (keeping sunglasses in car in FL heat - no bueno). Even w/o an appt, they assisted me on the spot! Adriana adjusted one and Emily the other. They took their time and made several frame adjustments until each fit comfortably again. I asked a/b obtaining a new case for each pair, both different brands. I was so happy they had the exact cases I needed. The crazy part is when I went to the register to pay, Adriana told me there’s no charge! She and Emily resized 2 pairs of sunglasses and replaced both cases. I was absolutely amazed! Retail can be hectic, so it’s not always easy to find nice people that go above and beyond to provide great service….but free?!?!?!?! AMAZING!!!
