- JFJose E Falcon5 days ago1.0I don’t think I will be using LensCrafters again. I’ve purchased two pairs of Ray-Ban sunglasses from LensCrafters, and unfortunately, I’ve had issues with both. In 2025, I purchased a pair in which one of the lenses was loose. This year, in 2026, I purchased another pair using the LensCrafters lenses. The salesperson assured me that the lenses were high quality, but less than two months later, the lenses became scratched. I am very careful with my sunglasses and am confident that the damage was not caused by misuse. This makes me question the quality and durability of the coating used on the lenses. Unfortunately, the poor product experience was made worse by the customer service I received at this location. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and will no longer be recommending or using LensCrafters for myself or my family.

I came to lenscraft and that’s where I met Luis, I showed him my problem and he took the glasses to the back area, a couple minutes later he came back with my glasses intact and fixed. He was able to use his expertise to find a solution to a challenging problem. Great work Luis.
