  This is by far the worst place I have ever gone to get prescription glasses. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The biggest problem was the doctor. She simply does not listen when you tell her that you cannot see properly with the prescription she gives you. I repeatedly explained that I was not comfortable with the glasses and that my vision was not clear, even after wearing them for weeks. Instead of taking my concerns seriously and trying to adjust the prescription, I felt like she was more interested in giving me the prescription she believed was correct, regardless of what I was actually experiencing. When a patient is telling you, “I cannot see clearly with these glasses,” that should matter. I know what clear vision feels like, and I should not have to accept a prescription that I am telling you is not working for me. I eventually had no choice but to go somewhere else and spend an additional $500 on another pair of prescription glasses just so I could finally see properly. It is extremely frustrating that I had to spend that much extra money because my concerns were not taken seriously in the first place. The only positive thing I can say about this location is the young gentleman at the front. He provides excellent customer service, is helpful, respectful, and actually listens to customers. He is honestly the only good part of my experience there. If I could give the doctor zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if you are looking to get prescription glasses.

  I don’t think I will be using LensCrafters again. I’ve purchased two pairs of Ray-Ban sunglasses from LensCrafters, and unfortunately, I’ve had issues with both. In 2025, I purchased a pair in which one of the lenses was loose. This year, in 2026, I purchased another pair using the LensCrafters lenses. The salesperson assured me that the lenses were high quality, but less than two months later, the lenses became scratched. I am very careful with my sunglasses and am confident that the damage was not caused by misuse. This makes me question the quality and durability of the coating used on the lenses. Unfortunately, the poor product experience was made worse by the customer service I received at this location. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and will no longer be recommending or using LensCrafters for myself or my family.
