  I purchased glasses from LensCrafters in October, and unfortunately the quality was very poor. The left lens kept popping out, and even after bringing them in twice for repairs, the issue was never properly fixed. The frames also felt too loose, and you could still feel the lens edges coming out. While traveling, the glasses broke again yesterday and I had to temporarily glue them myself. After about six months after purchased , I returned to the store, but when the manager handled them, the frame broke completely. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, I was told I needed to purchase a new frame. Overall, this was a frustrating experience due to both the product quality and the lack of helpful customer service. I would not recommend this location.

  I had an amazing experience at the LensCrafters Dadeland location, all thanks to Leonardo. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. It was my first time there, and he made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Leonardo is not only knowledgeable, but he really takes the time to make sure everything fits perfectly and suits your personal style. I recently had my glasses fixed, and he handled everything with such care and attention to detail, it never felt rushed. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. Overall, the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Leonardo was patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend asking for him if you visit, you won’t be disappointed!

  I recently had my glasses fixed here, and Leo took care of me. The customer service was excellent from start to finish—super helpful and easy to deal with. What really stood out was the attention to detail; everything was handled carefully and properly, not rushed. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Definitely recommend if you need anything done right.

  I had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Leonardo Chevere! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find frames that fit perfectly, and made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. His customer service was outstanding and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. I highly recommend asking for Leonardo if you visit LensCrafters!

  The doctor was fast, precise, and patient. I felt valued in the short time I was with her. She explained every step and gave suggestions based on tests. I am always on the go and her ability to multitask between clients while delivery excellent customer experience will inspire me to HIGHLY recommend her. I was the attended by Maria Elena who was overly patient. She also explained every cost and suggested glasses that matched my face. She then explained glasses care and even went out of her way to clean my current glasses. I was very impressed by the service at Lens Crafters at Dadeland Mall outside of Macys. Both the doctor and Maria Elena were fantastic.
