I been going to this location for years and the service has always been excellent, I went in in Sunday to pick up my lens and I had the pleasure of meeting Leo Chevere and associate what a pleasant human being, he was very helpful and he knew I was in a hurry and he made sure he attend me as quickly as possible . There should be more associates like him . Someone you can count on . I highly recommend this place .and when you go ask for Leo .

I had an outstanding (first time / walk in) experience at LensCrafters from start to finish. Dr Campanioni was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He worked quickly without ever making me feel rushed, and it was clear he has a great deal of experience.
I also want to recognize the store manager, Ms De La Hoz who helped me choose my frames. She was exceptionally friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain which frames would work best with my prescription, this doesn't happen in most places I've been before, and helped me make a decision that I felt confident about. Her customer service was truly first-class.
It's refreshing to receive this level of professionalism and genuine care. I left feeling I had received excellent eye care and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this LensCrafters location to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming team.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share it.
At the beginning of May, I went to this store to order new glasses for my daughter. While I was there, I decided to order a pair of Meta glasses with my prescription. The only reason I purchased them was because I had a very special trip planned for June to Mackinac Island and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. I wanted to use the Meta glasses to capture memories from what was going to be a dream vacation with my partner, including biking around Mackinac Island, where cars are not allowed.
Before I placed the order, I specifically asked if the glasses would arrive before my trip. The employee who sold them to me assured me that I would absolutely have them in time.
That never happened.
The glasses were apparently delivered to the wrong location. I spent four consecutive days calling the store trying to find out where they were. Each time I got a different answer. Finally, I was told that nobody knew where my glasses were and that they would have to place a completely new order.
As a result, I flew to Michigan yesterday without the glasses I specifically purchased for this once-in-a-lifetime trip.
Then today, while I am already in Michigan, I received a text message saying my glasses were ready for pickup. Shortly afterward, I received a phone call from the same store asking why I had missed my appointment and whether I wanted to reschedule it.
What appointment?
My appointment was at the beginning of May. I wasn’t waiting for an appointment. I was waiting for the glasses I ordered over a month ago.
When I called back, I was told that another store had mistakenly received my glasses and had finally delivered them to the correct location. So after days of being told nobody knew where they were and after I had already left for my trip without them, suddenly they were available for pickup.
To make matters worse, I asked whether they could overnight the glasses to Michigan since the entire problem was caused by their mistake. The employee I spoke with was rude, showed absolutely no empathy, and simply said they do not do overnight shipments.
No apology. No effort to find a solution. No concern whatsoever that their mistake ruined the very reason I bought the glasses in the first place.
The lack of organization, communication, accountability, and customer service was shocking. Being told one thing, then another, then another, while nobody seemed to know where my order was, was incredibly frustrating. What should have been an exciting purchase became a month-long headache.
I do not recommend this store. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect clear answers, urgency, or any meaningful effort to make things right. My experience showed me that customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority here.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
