Janet & Dr. Choi went above and beyond to correct my prescription. Janet was extremely nice and has excellent customer service. She made sure I was aware of all my options to receive the best glasses that work for me !

Very disappointing customer service. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:40 p.m. and arrived at 1:46 p.m., only to be told that the optometrist would not see me because they have a strict five-minute grace period.
I understand the importance of being on time and take responsibility for arriving late. However, a five-minute grace period feels unreasonable, especially given the unpredictability of Miami traffic. As someone who owns a private practice, I understand the need to stay on schedule, but I also believe in allowing some flexibility. In my office, we provide a 15-minute grace period whenever possible to accommodate unexpected delays.
Unfortunately, the lack of flexibility and customer service left a very negative impression. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.

This was my first time visiting a LensCrafters and I am so pleased with the salesperson who assisted me. Lucia was an absolute gem. She was very knowledgeable, she was very patient and explained everything to me fully. She ensured that I received what I wanted and made recommendations based on my current lifestyle and career. I would definitely go to any location where she is. Even with the Saturday rush that was going on, she was still very attentive.

Visited Lens Crafters at the Falls for pricing on glasses, and what is covered with my insurance. I had a great experience, I was attended by Alejandra who was very kind and patient informing me of the promotions going on and giving me a breakdown of everything that was offered through my insurance. Thank you Alejandra!

Very disappointing experience. I initially chose this location because it was convenient, but the customer service has been extremely frustrating.
The sales manager, Lucia, was very unpleasant and came across as having a superior attitude. She refused to even accept my glasses for service because they were Cartier and had originally been purchased at the Doral location. This was handled in a very unprofessional and unhelpful manner.
After that, I waited almost three weeks, only to have to personally follow up and discover that the glasses were finally there. When I picked them up, I specifically asked the person responsible to check them and confirm that everything was correct after they returned from the lab. I was told they were fine, but that was not accurate.
I then had to take them back to the LensCrafters in Doral because the measurements used were incorrect. The most frustrating part is that the measurements were never properly taken at this location, even though I specifically requested it. Instead, I was told they could use the previous measurements from the other store.
Overall, this was a poor customer experience marked by unnecessary delays, lack of communication, and an unwillingness to take responsibility. I expected much better service, especially considering the value of the eyewear involved.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
