This was my first time ever shopping at GNC, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, but the employee kept trying to push additional products on me instead of simply helping me with my purchase. Whether my purchase is $100 or $1, I shouldn’t be pressured into buying things I don’t want or need. The bigger issue was that I was told I couldn’t use the rewards I already had in my account, even though I showed the employee the rewards on my account. I was also told I couldn’t get the $1 drinks unless I purchased the six-pack, despite there being nothing posted that clearly stated that requirement. If there are restrictions or conditions on promotions, they should be clearly displayed so customers know before getting to the register. Between the pressure to spend more money and being given conflicting information about the company’s own rewards and promotions, the whole experience was extremely frustrating. For my first experience shopping at GNC in general, I definitely left with a bad impression. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself shopping at GNC again.

Sara has no clue where she stands, horrible customer service. They need to train them better, she refuses to price match an item with Walmart even tho their website says they do, then makes up a quantity limit just because she says so. Worts GNC I've been to.

Let me tell you about Sara Mia! I went in looking for the mineral rock natural deodorant and there weren't any on the shelves (it was on sale). Sara called several locations for me and also scoured the back stock room to make sure and she found one for me! She explained how most locations only ordered a couple a month. So she also encouraged me to sign up for the rewards program and offered to order one to ship to my house to still get the discount. She was so sweet and kind! It shipped from there warehouse and whoever shipped it did Not bubble wrap it (its a big crystal rock smh) so it was shattered in a million pieces! I called the store and she answered. She told me to bring it on in and she would take care of switching it for me! Thank you Sara!
