  This was my first time ever shopping at GNC, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, but the employee kept trying to push additional products on me instead of simply helping me with my purchase. Whether my purchase is $100 or $1, I shouldn’t be pressured into buying things I don’t want or need. The bigger issue was that I was told I couldn’t use the rewards I already had in my account, even though I showed the employee the rewards on my account. I was also told I couldn’t get the $1 drinks unless I purchased the six-pack, despite there being nothing posted that clearly stated that requirement. If there are restrictions or conditions on promotions, they should be clearly displayed so customers know before getting to the register. Between the pressure to spend more money and being given conflicting information about the company’s own rewards and promotions, the whole experience was extremely frustrating. For my first experience shopping at GNC in general, I definitely left with a bad impression. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself shopping at GNC again.

  I had an excellent experience at this GNC location, and I have to give a special shoutout to the manager, Sara. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right products. Instead of rushing through things, she took her time to walk me through different options, explaining the benefits and differences between products in a way that was easy to understand. Sara’s patience and professionalism really stood out. She made sure all my questions were answered and helped me feel confident in my purchases. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, and it definitely made my visit memorable. I’ll absolutely be coming back because of her!

  I called and they hung up on me as soon as they answered horrendous customer service and they dont even have the products i usually get, i have to go to one that’s inconveniently far just to get my supplements
