  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!! It is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They show not a care in the world for your order and hang up on you mid conversation when you try to get answers or an update on the status of your purchase. Delay after the delay. Same experience when trying to reach the 1-800 number for solutions. The only positive was my telephone conversation with the Regional Manager- Paola L., who did in fact listened and showed customer care. As a new customer, I walked out completely dissatisfied.

  We keep returning to For Eyes in Coral Way time and again, for the last five years. Everyone is super friendly and professional plus very patient while we chose the right glasses. Especially Ms Mayra F, she is positive and frank about how the glasses fit our face and lifestyle. Plus she tries hard to find us the best price.Dr Burke is equally helpful and patiently answers all our questions, plus made valid suggestions for caring for our eye sight. We highly recommend them to anyone needing advice and help with their next eyewear.
