- NLNatalia LopezJun 19, 20261.0Extremely frustrating experience. Finding the studio was nearly impossible. There are no clear instructions provided through ClassPass, the phone number listed doesn’t work and the address takes you to Sweat440 with no guidance on where CorePower is actually located. I spent my time trying to find the entrance instead of being able to attend the class I paid credits for. If you’re going to partner with ClassPass, accurate directions and working contact information should be the bare minimum. It feels unfair for people to lose credits over something completely out of their control. Please update your listing so other members don’t have the same experience.
- CKConnie KimJun 14, 20262.0Please make it easier and more accessible to find your elevator code. Put on a sticker sign below the code box, as other businesses have. I arrived early still before start time, after lots of traffic in Brickell. But got stuck trying to figure out how to get up elevator as I didn’t know the code. No one answers the phone nor even answers the elevator rings, even during a solid 15 minute window BEFORE class. I ended up using ChatGPT to finally find the code, as I had no idea where to find it, and by the time I got upstairs exactly 2 minutes after, the door was locked. It’s a $30 missed class fee, which is super frustrating.
