The instructors are amazing — so professional, attentive, and encouraging, and they always make sure everyone is doing the exercises correctly. You can really feel how passionate they are, and their energy makes every class so fun and enjoyable. The front desk team is also so sweet and welcoming, always ready to help with scheduling or anything you need. The studio is spotless, organized, and has such a calm, pretty atmosphere. It’s one of those places that makes you feel good the second you walk in and always leaves you feeling refreshed after class.
