If you experience an unexpected injury, medical condition, or personal emergency, this is not the place for you. As a cancer survivor, I was attending classes four days a week to build my strength when I suddenly developed severe vertigo. Despite requesting a temporary hold right at the start of my new cycle, I was told holds within the same cycle were impossible. I was advised to cancel in writing before the next cycle started. Following their instructions while still dealing with dizziness, I later tried to cancel the annual subscription, only to be told I had missed an uncommunicated deadline. In the end, I lost over $500 for two months I could not attend. This business lacks empathy and consideration for its customers. Their rigid policies are clearly designed to prioritize profit over people, and I will never return.
