However, when I arrived, I was seen by a different optometrist without any explanation. While the doctor was pleasant, the exam felt very rushed, and unfortunately I'm not happy with my new prescription. Since getting my glasses, I've been experiencing frequent headaches and eye strain, and I'll need to have my prescription rechecked elsewhere. The overall atmosphere at the front desk also felt a bit unwelcoming, which didn't make for the best experience. I was hoping for a more thorough exam and better communication regarding the provider change. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won't be returning and I do not recommend this location.
