Appointment 11:30 Request for info 11:40 Collected info/returned 11:44 Asked about wait 12:15 informed I am next in line Informed front desk I must return to work. Front desk personnel checked on status. 12:30 pm still not seen. Its been a full hour.... 12:40 pm brought to area to receive line. Asked to remove jacket and camisole 12:46 pm receipt of towel 1:27 pm I'm still waiting to have procedure done. 1:42 pm I'm still waiting ✋🏾 2:00 pm Spoke to nurse and expressed my great dissatisfaction. 2:45 pm I am finally seen by medical I pray I never experience this kind of service ever again. The lack of transparency and ability to provide options was reprehensible. I wouldn't return to this place. Additionally my procedure took a total of 12 minutes to complete.
