- ACAdriana CisnerosJul 22, 20261.0Por años voy al Nicklaus principal con mis niños …pero el urgent care de Miami lakes es como si no formara parte del hospital ..el urgent care vacío y hora y media esperando a un Doctor lo unico que se escucha son las enfermeras hablado de todos sus asuntos personales y viendo sus celulares …una atención demasiado mediocre nada parecido y luego de esperar casi dos horas llega la Dra y no explica nada van a casa las indicaciones ahí…de verdad que repito por años he ido a varios urgent care y al hospital y nada nada comparado con esta atención aquí

My son and I came in for a physical therapy evaluation for his congenital torticollis, and we received such a thorough and personalized evaluation from Dee. She asked all the right questions to understand not only my son’s needs but also our work schedule and what exercises would realistically fit into our daily routine. Thanks to her guidance, we’ve already seen significant improvement with the exercises we’ve been doing at home. We are looking forward to continuing my son’s physical therapy here and are excited to see his continued progress. I highly recommend this center, and we’re so grateful for the compassionate, knowledgeable care we’ve received.
