  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Eye Care and Outstanding Customer Service I recently visited Twenty20 Vision Center, and I can honestly say it was one of the best healthcare experiences I've had. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed by a team that genuinely cares about its patients. Dr. Tareq Al Zaidi, OD was absolutely phenomenal. He was attentive, compassionate, and incredibly patient throughout my visit. What truly stood out was the way he interacted not only with me but also with my 6-year-old son, who accompanied me to the appointment. Dr. Al Zaidi took the time to engage him, making him feel included and comfortable. His calm demeanor, exceptional bedside manner, and hands-on approach made it easy to trust his recommendations and understand every aspect of my eye care. He never made me feel rushed and ensured all of my questions were answered thoroughly. A special thank you to Sarai, who brought such warmth and positivity to the entire experience. Her friendly tone, willingness to help, and dedication to learning were evident in every interaction. She was knowledgeable, reassuring, and took the time to clearly explain each step of the process. Her ability to guide me through my concerns while making me feel comfortable and informed was truly appreciated. Cesar, the office manager, deserves recognition. His leadership was visible throughout the office. He remained actively engaged with both staff and patients, helping maintain a smooth and efficient flow while creating a welcoming atmosphere. What impressed me most was his ability to connect with everyone who walked through the door. His sense of humor and positive energy added a personal touch that made the experience memorable and enjoyable. The office itself was spotless, organized, and inviting. The entire team worked together seamlessly, creating an environment that was professional yet warm and friendly. The selection of eyewear and products was excellent, and the customer service exceeded all expectations. Overall, Twenty20 Vision Center delivers a level of care and service that is hard to find.   Everyone was so helpful and kind. The doctor was informative and very hands on with all the vision equipment. Made sure to do a Thorough check up. They even help pick out my frames. Love it!!😍

  Great service. The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor took her time to explain what she was doing with each machine during the exam. She also took the time to explain the various options I had when I received my results. The office staff was helpful picking frames, offering discounts I qualified for as an educator, and even gave me various quotes for different lenses and so forth. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!
