Quality fair prices, as well as an amazing optometrist, and the staff is helpful and pleasant as well as knowledgeable. Princess does an amazing job and knows exactly what tiny adjustments need to be done.

Emyle, provided outstanding service. She spent real time getting my glasses adjusted exactly right for comfort and fit. She was also gracious and informative with my friend and me as we looked at new frames—no hard sell, just honest guidance. Highly recommended!

Amazing service! I went to several optical stores around Miami Beach trying to get my glasses repaired after one of the arms broke. A few places told me I would need to buy a new pair, but Four Eyes was the only place that actually took the time to help me and managed to fix them. And to make the experience even better, they didn’t even want to charge me for the repair! Truly outstanding customer service. If you’re in Miami Beach and need help with your glasses or a repair, I highly recommend stopping by Four Eyes. Thank you so much for your kindness and amazing service!

From the moment I walked through the door, the experience was exceptional. I immediately felt welcome, and Elizabeth truly set the standard for outstanding customer service and leadership. Elizabeth was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, engaging, and genuinely invested in making sure I had the best experience possible. She didn’t just answer my questions—she took the time to understand what I was looking for, educate me on the products, and make me feel valued as a customer. She introduced me to the new AI glasses, and her knowledge and enthusiasm completely sold me on them. I walked in to visit, and because of the experience Elizabeth created, I will return to purchase them. That kind of customer service builds trust, drives sales, and creates loyal customers. The store was exceptionally clean, organized, and inviting, reflecting strong management and attention to detail. Elizabeth is an incredible example of great leadership. She turned an ordinary store visit into a memorable experience and earned my future business. Companies need more managers like her—knowledgeable, passionate, customer-focused, and committed to excellence. Absolutely outstanding experience from beginning to end!
